My first time ordering with them and I haven’t even gotten my food yet and if I wouldn’t get charged for canceling I would’ve canceled my order. The guy they have answering the phone is very rude for no reason I asked a question and he was very sassy and cunning with his answer stating oh yes it come with rice that’s the point of hibachi and if he knew real hibachi he would know it’s not the rice it’s the style smh. You can have hibachi served without rice smh just ride for no reason.

I got three hibachi trios on August 9th and spent over $100. I had high expectations about high rollers but I was very disappointed with the food. It didn’t taste NOTHING like hibachi! Even the “yum yum” sauce didn’t taste like yum yum sauce. If yall want real hibachi just stick to Benihana tbh ♀️.

Found a piece of plastic in my food very disappointed spent 25 dollars on this. The portions is terrible and the smash burger is salty. Ionk if they got something against me to put this food but aye it is what it is. Salmon was good, rice was salty. Really disappointed. I had high expectations

The food is AMAZING!!! i’ve never had a better hibachi place no joke! everytime i come here it taste good and the same and the prices are fair given the quantity of food given. I hope they thrive and expanded beyond!!
