We’ve now had three separate orders from this Domino’s Pizza location come out completely wrong. Our most recent order was for two pizzas: one pepperoni with extra sauce and one bacon and jalapeño with extra sauce. Instead, we received two pepperoni pizzas.
Mistakes happen, but what was far more concerning was the manager’s response when we called the store. When we asked why incorrect orders seem to be a recurring problem at this location, the manager responded sarcastically: “If I knew why accidents happened they wouldn’t happen. Next time check the box.”
Blaming the customer for a mistake made by the store is completely unprofessional. Orders should be verified before being handed to customers, especially when the correct order is clearly printed on the receipt.
Between the repeated order inaccuracies and the dismissive attitude from management, this location clearly has serious issues with both quality control and customer service. I hope Domino’s corporate takes a closer look at how this store is being managed, because this experience was unacceptable.
After multiple issues and this level of service, we will not be ordering from this location again.

I dont know the beef that domino’s has with me or other clients, every time I order pizza from this location my pizza always is either cut wrong or it looks like they threw it and made the pizza all messed up. Of course neither affects the taste of the pizza but truly its not about that. Its the fact that they keep doing this over and over again. Funny enough if you tip them over the app your pizza has a higher chance of coming out normal and God help you if you dont tip over the app. I always tip cash if the pizza comes out timely and properly but lately I’ve just stopped tipping them because why would I reward improper handling of the pizza I paid for, its already more that 5 bucks for delivery now your telling you expect me to tip for a pizza that looks poorer than a frozen pizza. Who ever owns this stores franchise should fire who ever makes or delivers the pizza because someone is purposely messing up the pizzas.

Food was not delivered to the correct address despite the courier saying that it had been. They said the food was left on a table, but there are no tables outside my house. After calling the store to explain that I had been on my porch and there was no food there, the manager told the delivery person to retrieve the food from the wrong address and put it on my porch. I called back and explained the situation, and the manager was dismissive, implying I was lying, despite initially claiming that the delivery driver did not speak good English and may have mistaken the address. When I received a call from the driver, she claimed it had been on the porch the entire time, despite my having been out there. Horrible service and even worse management. I would now have to go to the store with video evidence from a ring camera to prove that my order was not there and to get it remade. I would not order from here again. My food was not fresh, since it was delivered to the wrong address, and showed up extremely cold. 0/10

I ordered a pizza with Hot Buffalo Sauce. They drowned my pizza in it. When I called the store to report this issue, and request for a replacement, the store guy was very rude and told me I shouldn’t have ordered it with Hot Buffalo Sauce if I didn’t want it. Otherwise also they messed up my order. I requested for extra pineapple, and I could barely see any pineapple on the pizza. Seems like the store manager was taking out some aggression on my food. I’d recommend other Domino’s/pizza outlets.

For this location – it is a hit or miss on delivery, but tonight it was a hit.
Delivered quickly after order, and it was hot, and the order was correct.
Tonight we ordered a Brooklyn Style Pizza (with Pepperoni, Greep Peppers and sausage), Thin crust Pizza (with Pepperoni and Green Peppers), Cinnamon Twists (my favorite, but eat them quickly especially when they are hot), and the new Chicken Boneless bites with BBQ Sauce.
One of the better pizza’s around and you can’t go wrong with the Cinnamon Twists (or the lava cakes which we also have had!)

Thank you to whoever was running the store tonight. Due to a glitch we were able to order carry out on the app despite the store having switched to delivery only hours (which we didn’t realize until we got to the store). I am very grateful y’all still took my order and made the food for us — I really didn’t feel well enough to have to cook tonight and I appreciate y’all doing this. Everything tasted good and was hot and fresh. Thanks a mil!

We are human and we make mistakes that we learn from. I ordered a large thin crust pineapple, ham and black olives from this location and got a large thin crust pineapple, ham and jalapeños instead. I dislike jalapeños with a passion…, especially on pizza. I called the store to inform them of the mistake and they apologized and was ready to make a new pizza a deliver it as soon as possible. I informed them that it was kinda late and I made other dinner plans at that point. The staff advised that the pizza would be credited to my account for a future delivery. I called today,
as I was craving Dominos thin crust, to claim the credited pizza. I explained what happened previously and without no other questions the staff said we’ll get it to you asap. A few minutes after I placed the order, I received a call from the store. It was a staff member just double checking my order as to not make the same mistake twice. After confirming my order I was advised that my pizza was on its way. Approximately 25 later, my pizza arrived and was delivered by a friendly female delivery driver. I checked the pizza and it was correct. It was hot and delicious, exactly what I was craving. Big shoutout to the friendliness of the stores staff and making the mistake easy to fix without making me feel awkward. And from these experiences, I will always be a loyal customer of this Domino’s pizza. I wish I had their names at store#4685(I believe) Frederick rd., Germantown Md., because they deserve some recognition for awesome customer care and service.

I ordered my pizza at 10pm something it’s been almost one hour and no delivery has been made my pizza has been on prep for almost 30min. The worst store ever. I been calling to verify my order and no response. This is the worst pizza store ever. Middle brook does way better. I’m so disappointed. At the end on customer less. Wish this on no one!

I love domino’s pizza.I think it tastes great for the most part. But the other day, I had a very bad experience at this location. I placed an order on my app for 2 pizzas. Some time after eating most of the pizza, my wife and I got very sick to our stomach. The only food we had at that point in the day was the pizza. I called to speak with the manager later that day but was told that he wasn’t available till the next day. So the next day I callled to complain and he acted as though I was trying to get a free Pizza or a refund. He could care less about the issue that there might be food poisoning involved. He never offered to check the ingredients or cleanliness of the store. He told me that people try to get over on them all the time for a refund or free food. I never asked for either. In fact the very first thing I asked him was had any other customers called in about an illness of any kind. I will no longer patronize this location. There are too many other choices out there.
