So lucky to have gotten a table without a reservation, it’s a small place but very welcoming. Cash only and this is clearly displayed and said to you. During our short stay, this has been the best dinner we had during our visit. Party of 4 of with drinks and tip less than £50 equivalent. I highly recommend this pub/restaurant, the steaks are cooked to medium and so soft and juicy.

We went there because of a recommendation. First thing they don’t take card so we went in there and asked and they told us that. I had to walk 15 minutes to get to an atm and that was fine I understand is policy of the restaurant. So then I come back and the waitress was really rude and after she made me go and take cash out she just told me they won’t have space for us. I understand if you don’t have space, but she could’ve been nicer and tell me I have to wait, but not even that, she just told us there’s no space. So after walking 15 minutes to just get cash, then coming back and having to stand her rudeness?. I think is not fair.

Read reviews and took a chance on this place. The pepper steak was probably the best tasting steak and sauce combination I have ever had. The steak was cooked beautifully and the pepper sauce was like no other. Salmon was also wonderfully cooked. Perfect with an ice cold beer.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants steak when visiting Prague! With good food and even better prices than the touristy areas.

It’s a small but busy restaurant decorated in a dark wood, it made me hesitant about how the atmosphere would be, but the staff came across friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and warm.
No reservation, but a couple of tables were available. Food arrived in good time, and sauces were super! Definitely recommend the mushroom.
So pleased that the chips were actual steak cut thick chips and not the skinny fries you often get.
Really good meal, great service and reasonably priced.

Best steak in Prague for me. We are going to that place for years and the quality of meat remains the same high. Great value for money. Welcoming staff. Place is tiny, so better make reservation. Nothing fancy about restaurant but you come here first of all for a great piece of meat, not surroundings.

The food was acceptable. The median well steak was served as well done. They didn’t accept cards and took one euro for every 23 czk while the other restaurants took one for 25.
