Definitely a bit of a dive bar but not in a bad way. I was here for an hour where I took a table towards the back to finish up some, uh, reviews and charge up the laptop. While doing so, I enjoyed a frosty beverage and watched the barflies argue about sports. Quite entertaining.
The place is clean, the beer is cold, the service is friendly.

Although they only sell chips and slim jims, they’re the best chips and slim jims in town! And even though it IS a Cubs bar, it is a good ol boy, friendly kind of establishment. Yes they serve world famous Lunchboxes (a shot of sorts, it’s in a huge beer mug so don’t be shocked), but I love to frequent there for the fun conversation, strong drinks, and awesome bartenders. Oh and there are darts if you wanna throw something sharp at a wall hoping it’ll stick.

They are wonder. They give water to my dog and allow me to work out the kinks she has remaining. Yep great folks. But they do like you yo buy stuff so get on down there and just doit with your sober chauffeur.

Great little bar. It’s small. Sometimes light live music or karaoke on Friday or Saturday. 1 dart board. 1 video game. Good drink prices! Walking distance to other bars too.
