If you want to try a new bakery I would check out this one. Came in later Saturday morning, they weren’t busy at all and the staff member at the counter was very friendly.

I spent $35 on two stuff bagel sandwiches, 4 cookies, and a vanilla latte. I was honestly surprised at the cost but the quality of the sandwiches themselves were really nice. They had a big variety of drinks to choose from as well.

I ordered the spicy bagel sandwich, and it was large and filling. The spicy level was decent for anyone who likes spice but has a low tolerance for it. The dough for the sandwich itself reminded me less of a bagel and just really nice baked bread stuffed with eggs and meat inside. Not so much the same chew you expect to get out of a bagel.

My brother ordered the pepperoni stuff bagel which he also enjoyed. The sauce served on the side is a nice touch and good to eat the extra bread with, when you’re done with the filling.

The cookies were also good. Soft and a nice chew. I tried oatmeal, chocolate chip, banana and pistachio. All of them hit on their flavor profiles.

My latte was average. I did have more foam than I would have preferred but in taste it was nice.

First time visit on a rainy “Jeep” day. Cool concept, cars and bakery. Pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere to dwell in.

Stuffed bagels were delicious. The spicy sandwich was flavorful and the special sauce enhances the sandwich even more so.

Also indulged ourselves with a banana cinnamon roll (which we planned to take home). Outstanding! Loved the doughy texture of the roll and the banana flavor is balanced perfectly. So creative to bake in a cake paper. Made it fun and easy to eat. Coffee is great too!!

I love how courage paired with a passionate dream has come to life and is being shared for all to enjoy. Well done and keep up the hard work!

Came here on recommendation from a friend to try the stuffed bagels. The environment was clean, there was a good amount of variety, and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.

The stuffed bagels while very filling just did not have the flavor profile or texture that we were expecting. They kind of reminded me of a baked bun based on the ratio of filling to bagel. I might have preferred way more bagel to get some of that delightful chew that you normally get from a traditional bagel. They were a bit pricy too.

The tomato cheese spread they had was the saving grace, but overall the stuffed bagels just weren’t our preference and that’s okay. We’ll have to try different baked goods, donuts or normal bagels next time.

I am NEVER disappointed when I go here. Well, unless I plan my day poorly and don’t get a stuffed bagel because they’ve sold out. The food is delicious with generous portions. The owners and staff are friendly and community minded. Every item I’ve ordered has exceeded my expectations

The food is way over priced! I ordered a stuffed bagle and hash browns and it cost me close to $12. Bagels cost pennies, so I’m not sure why they charge so much. The food is good but I just won’t go back to pay those prices.
I ordered a spicy stuffed bagel, came with chorizo and spicy cheese. It is large and very filling, they give you a tomato paste to spread on as well. The sauce is good for the bare parts of the bagel, but the sauce takes away from the chorizo stuffing. The hash browns, which is really just tater tots, had good flavor, but were more salty than I’d like.
The decor is unique for a bakery and I like the fact that there is a drive thru. If you go inside, they do have free dog treat samples.

Great service, best cafe food I’ve had in a very long time. If you’re a car person or maybe you aren’t I would highly recommend this place.

P.s. the prices are great too
They moved locations about a week ago.
Same great food and service.
I checked hours are the same.

High Octane has a yearly event of Pictures with Santa. The even shared for the time frame of 10am-12pm. Their daily hours can be confusing they close at 1pm Saturday and 12pm Sunday. This event was over by 11:40am. The Santa must be a personal friend. We were dinning in over heard how the guy dressing up to take pictures doesn’t like small Chihuahua breeds. Looking at their Facebook. A couple of the dogs are small Chihuahua breeds. Going forward I would get a different Santa to take photos with the dogs. Especially if the guy doesn’t like a specific breed. Santa was off the clock by 12pm. The business closes at 12pm. But don’t hangout around and wait after hours. You’ll get kicked out. But the friends are of the owner are also still inside hanging out after hours as well..

High octane is nothing less than fantastic. Their baked goods are delicious as are the breakfast items like the stuffed bagels and bagel sandwiches. The place is frequently filled up on weekend mornings when I stop by, and deservedly so with how good the food is. I’ve made it my weekend routine to stop by every Saturday or Sunday morning for a stuffed bagel, tots, and a donut while checking out the cars during cars & coffee. I can’t recommend High Octane enough.
