Such a lovely Cuban-style breakfast spot tucked inside the hotel — it truly elevates the entire stay.
The food is fresh, healthy, and thoughtfully made, with just the right touch of Cuban flavor. Everything feels light yet satisfying, perfect for a slow, happy morning.
Their Cuban coffee is an absolute must. Bold, smooth, and energizing, it’s the kind of coffee that instantly puts you in a good mood and sets the tone for the day.
Whether you choose indoor or outdoor seating, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. It doesn’t feel rushed at all — just a beautiful way to enjoy breakfast and ease into the day. Would happily come back again.

Stopped by the hotel bar both nights we stayed and honestly, Brooklynn made our entire trip. She’s awesome. Super friendly, insanely talented with cocktails, and just a great vibe all around. Every drink was perfect, and she gave us solid recommendations for things to do in the area that we actually ended up using. She really went above and beyond and made both of our nights at the hotel way more fun. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Don’t walk here. RUN. Best breakfast I have EVER put in my mouth. The Morning Mint…complements of Arthur. A strawberry waffle, side of bacon and potatoes. I just….it was everything. The perfect ending to my bday weekend❤️

We had a lovely dining and cocktail experience at High Moon. Brooklyn made the night extra special with signature shots for our bachelorette party- her artistry was amazing! They accommodated our large party and everything tasted delicious. Hidden gem. Aesthetically pleasing atmosphere with good vibes. Highly recommend while you’re in Palm Springs!

The building, and interior were gorgeous, and well maintained. Check in was easy, though the lobby doesn’t have a “front desk”, it made the process feel more personable. Joe helped us, he was very friendly, his communication was clear, and thorough. The room was gorgeous, and clean. We got drinks at the pool bar, Brooklynn was the bartender and she was very nice, and the cocktails were good. We didn’t get a chance to eat, since we already had plans, but the menu looked really good. We’re already planning a trip back.

The menu is small but the short rib and burger were amazing. I also can never say no to crème brûlée. Also highly recommend the olives and truffle fries. We both enjoyed our drinks from the bar, especially the citrus fizz for me. Very cozy inside with not much seating room but great for an intimate dinner. Well-decorated like a whimsical mid century saloon matching with the overall hotel vibe. We stayed at the hotel so we also drank at the poolside bar, I recommend the cooler.

Great breakfast. We had the desert classic breakfast (or something like that). It was perfect (except the hard butter that wouldn’t spread but that wasn’t so much of an issue to reduce stars). Coffee was great. Vibe is great.

5 stars! Best breakfast option in Palm Springs. Here’s the best order you can get: 2 date cappuccinos to start with a parfait as an appetizer. Breakfast sandwhich croissant situation as your main. And date pistachio croissant for dessert. We crave this all week long. Can’t go wrong! Great service, too.

The staff was friendly, the food (shrimp!!) and drinks were delish, ambiance was good but they were clearly understaffed so service was very slow and we had to leave without ordering dinner. I’d come back, but expect a long leisurely visit.

A pleasurable respite after traveling from Denver and a long day’s work. The attentive service perfectly complimented the thoughtfully prepared and plated dinner I had ordered. Tried the Friendly Pear from the bar, absolute heaven. The restaurant would be better served if it was marketed, it is worth more than just stopping in for drinks and certainly beyond just guests at the hotel.
