This is a hidden gem. You will need google to find it, but this is an old fashioned rustic supper club. This is not a fancy place, you can come in shorts and a tee shirt. Great Old Fashioned drinks at the bar. You get soup and salad, and cheese spread and crackers. The soups are homemade and the french onion and potato soups were wonderful. We ordered the fried cod (Friday in Wisconsin, what else) and got 4 large pieces of cod loins and I had crispy fries and my companion had the baked potato and everything was delicious. We had never been there before, but everyone was friendly and we felt welcomed. Thank you, Hideaway Acres! We will be back.

Definitely has the Supper Club vibe. The food and service was terrible. We had an older lady as our server and she was horrendous to work with. Told us that we couldn’t share our food with our 4 year old child, that we had to pay for a meal for him. I got a prime rib medium rare and it came out so well done I couldn’t eat it. Overall a terrible experience. The staff doesn’t care and just seem like they don’t want to be there. Also no one was in the restaurant, and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. 2/10

Hideaway acres is one of those locations that you have to go to. The food was excellent, the service was superb, and the camaraderie was amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve been there, but it won’t be a long time until I go back! Highly recommend it. It’s one of those little out of the way places, but well worth the travel. Our server, nancy, was so much fun to work with. And bob, the owner, our bartender, was so gracious.

Musty place. Obscure front entrance. We were Reprimanded for wanting to share a meal. Cannot share a meal here. Rude old waitress. Would not allow us to take home leftovers. Said they didn’t have take home boxes for us, but the table next to us received a take home box. Baked potato had no toppings on it. Just a plain potato. We left embarrassed and hungry. Will never go back. Do not recommend.

Loved it. I had only been here one other time. The food and drinks were fantastic, as was the service. My favorite part was watching the people enjoy themselves on the dance floor. Definitely going back more often.

Very good food. Friendly wait staff. Live bands on Saturday nights. Soup and salad bar are very good. Pink squirrel after dinner drink. Only downfall you sit with your neighbors, very close seating.

They don’t call it Hideaway Acres for nothing. If you don’t know how to get there, you might not find it. Trust me, when I tell you, it is well worth the search. This is a classic, Wisconsin supper club. Food is always amazing. Whether its Friday fish fry, or grilled steak, I have never been disappointed. The brandy old fashions are superb. They have a great salad bar with homemade salads and soups. After dinner, be sure to get one of their handmade ice cream drinks. Classic Grasshoppers, Brandy Alexanders, or Pink Squirrels, made fresh. This is true Wisconsin dining at its classic greatness.

The atmosphere of this place fits exactly what I think a classic Wisconsin supper club is. Super friendly staff that probably has many years of supper club experience. Great food, great old fashioneds from bar.
