I cannot rave enough about Hidden Soul! From the rich flavors of the authentic food to the excellent customer service, Hidden Soul is the place you want to go for catering your next event! I was impressed by how they were able to cook all those different dishes inside a food truck! Stephanie helped with organizing payments and choosing the menu selection and I am so grateful! Here’s what was offered on the buffet line:

This is a very unique place to eat. You can tell the food is made with love. The food is excellent and seasoned well to taste. The menu is very Old Grandmother recipes that bring back memories. I highly recommend you take a few friends with you and experience good old fashioned Soul Food with an island twist at its finest.As you can see from My empty food containers it was good. Get a meal for yourself and see. I guarantee you will be back there again.

Food is delicious! Among the members of our party, we had oxtail, curry chicken, plantains, collards, mac and cheese, and of course the peas and rice. Great taste … all of it! It was fresh, seasoned well, and the portions were generous. The service was also excellent. The sweet young lady at the truck had excellent customer service and was personable. Took about 10-15 minutes to get our order, which was fine to us.

Stop by because I was extremely hungry and I didn’t want anything regular. They were extremely nice to me and ready in willing to help. Which I appreciate that. I also had to wait 7 minutes for a cook to order order and they gave me a huge sample to taste while I waited to keep me warm. I really appreciate how kind they were and how good the food is!! I will be coming back!!

First time I have had oxtail, but it won’t be the last. This meal was amazing! The oxtail was as advertised, falling off the bone, incredible flavor, couldn’t recommend it enough. I also got the mac n cheese and sweet plantains, which were both amazing. I can’t wait to come back and try more!
