It’s the 3rd time we have been – this time with our daughters for Christmas Eve.
Every time it’s been so good.
The staff are so friendly and service is good although not too rushed.
It’s 100% american themed from the decor, to the music, and even the uniforms.
The food is all very tasty and reasonably priced as well.
There is so much I could recommend but over 3 visits we’ve tried all sorts and everything was great so confident whatever takes your fancy is going to be very nice!!
The drinks were all good and again we’ve tried so much and all great!!
We’ll definitely be coming regularly and can see this becoming our new Christmas Eve treat as the girls loved it!!

Everything about this place is just outstanding. The vibe of the restaurant is amazing and you really get that Texan feeling. The interior of the place is beautifully decorated, really pushing that American feel onto you—just the interior alone was enough to wow me. Then the food came out and I was just taken aback, as I thought it couldn’t get any better. The food was to die for, everything was perfectly cooked and the presentation was excellent. The brisket was so tender and delicious, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our server, Taylor, was amazing and so helpful, he had such a kind and positive attitude towards us as well which just made our visit even better, so thank you Taylor! Will definitely be visiting again soon for my birthday next month❤️

Went here for a 60th Birthday treat for my partner. The food was amazing. Really tasty and really good size portions! The service was excellent. They came over and checked in on us a few times.but not so much that you felt hassled. They even brought out a birthday donut with a sparkler. Will definitely be visiting again!

This is one of my favourite places to go, any excuse me and my partner have to go out for dinner it’s ’let’s go Hickory’s’. I went to my first one a couple of years ago in Wales and in recent years they have branched out and now we have 3 nearby which makes me happy. It can be pricey but the quality of food is incredible, proportions are great, flavourful, great atmosphere. You will leave in a food coma. Slowly attempting to try everything on the menu but always resort back to my favourite (the pit beans) ⭐️

Had an awesome experience here. After going to Texas in Austin last year, we’ve been dying to find the same Texas smokehouse vibe, only to find that Hickory’s Smokehouse was just around the corner! On walk in you’re greeted with fantastic staff “I hope you have an amazing time” who walk you to your table. We really loved the ‘stool’ seats that gave you a great view of the ‘magic’ that happens in the kitchen. It was awesome to see all the other plates coming out and we’re already planning to go back again to try something else on the menu! We got the £70 share platter for 2 and it was absolutely enough food! Juicy ribs that fell off the bone, amazingly flavoured brisket, cheese and jalapeno sausage had great flavour and texture, the glazed gravy was TO DYE FOR and great to dip your meat and chips in, although the chicken was slightly dry… The ONLY downfall. We thought we might need a ‘doggy bag’ but my partner managed to polish it off! Thank you Hickory’s for an awesome Texas experience, we’ll be back again soon!

Delicious smokehouse, lots of options to choose from, not just meat trays too. You’re given a small bag of popcorn to share whilst waiting for your food which is a nice touch. Service was quick as can be especially on a busy Friday. If it’s a special occasion they’ll also bring out a donut and sparkler if requested. Big car park as well. Definitely going back!

Went to Sheffield Hickory’s on Wednesday evening table booked for 4.30 staff were very welcoming in arrival. We sat at the bar whilst we waited for rest of the party to turn up so we could be seated together. Lady at the bar was so sweet to my kids. Had a little chat, made them feel special.
At our table they had laid out the table for each child with pencils and colouring book, popcorn and a welcome sign for my daughter. All 3 children were taken behind the bar and given a milkshake masterclass which was so much fun, they absolutely loved it. They got to pick the flavours and all toppings!
All drinks were delivered to the table quickly. Ordered food and all food came quickly and was correct. Staff check on us and took more drinks orders. Food tasted great!
Before we left they brought out a platter with a donut and cream with sparkler and sang happy birthday to my daughter – who obviously loved the fuss.
The atmosphere was great. Seating area was nice and roomy, but felt cosy too. Kids loved the cinema! Even though it was freezing they had a quick play in the park too. We will be returning!

We came down to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and honestly it was amazing, the food, the service, the atmosphere was all a 10/10. We’d never been before and was looking forward to it we had the barbecue platter each a starter and a desert. Our server Taylor ,i believe his name was, was amazing very attentive and talkative which definitely made our experience better they asked if we was out for any special occasion to which we told them our anniversary and they brought plaques over and when we ordered out deserts they brought us donuts and a candle i’ll insert a photo. Tried Hickory’s for the first time today. The restaurant was themed perfectly and the Food, atmosphere and staff were fantastic. Even got presented with a complimentary dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary. Oh forgot to mention Root Beer, only had it in America and personally it’s my favourite soft drink so being able to try one today was amazing. Thanks.

We’ve been to Hickory’s before but this time just needed to be reviewed. Booked our table for 5pm and we were shown to our seats right away. Our lovely server was called Paige and she was an absolute sweetheart! Very attentive and so kind. Our food came quickly and was delicious as always. Paige asked if we were there for an occasion which we were, our anniversary. When we asked for our bill we first received two doughnuts with a lovely happy anniversary message! Such a lovely touch. We liked Hickory’s anyway but now we love it and will be back for sure. Thank you to all the team
