We love Camp 18! Everything we’ve ordered had been yummy, satiating and just all around solid. The service is always friendly, albeit slow sometimes. But, maybe that’s good! What’s the hurry!? The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The log cabin ambiance reminds me of what it must have been like back in the logging days. I love the building. Solid, elegant and homey, at the same time.
The Hot Beef Sandwich was served with zucchini and sweet potato fries (at my request). Down home delicious! My husband’s streak was cook a perfect medium and flavorful. We both enjoyed our Valentines meal, very much! You won’t be disappointed with Camp 18.

This place is an absolute gem for anyone who loves a rustic, cozy atmosphere. The lodge itself is stunning, with massive vaulted ceilings, antler chandeliers, and incredible wood carvings throughout. We even spotted a life sized Smokey Bear carving out front!
The food is classic, hearty comfort. I had the French toast with a side of eggs and bacon, and it was exactly what you want on a misty morning. The views from the dining room look out into the lush forest, making for a very peaceful meal. Don’t forget to check out the old steam engine outside, it’s a cool piece of history.

We had such a great experience at Camp 18! The restaurant itself is incredibly unique and full of history. It was so fun walking around and looking at all of the old logging equipment and supplies — it really feels like stepping back in time. There’s so much to see, and it adds so much character to the visit.
The food was amazing and the portions were huge! You definitely get your money’s worth. Everything was delicious, hearty, and satisfying.
If you’re looking for a place with great food and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, Camp 18 is absolutely worth the stop!

We came in for a late breakfast which is served until 2:00:pm. It was on a Monday and there was no wait to be seated. We even got a table near the fireplace. The team was very friendly and got our order in quickly, but they were not attentive once we received our meals. E.g. no check-in, water refills, coffee, etc. The table next to us was having difficulties too. My breakfast of biscuits and gravy was good, but bland. I had way more gravy than biscuit. The bacon was great and the eggs were perfect. The best part of our meal was the huge cinnamon roll that we shared. We enjoyed walking around the grounds looking at the old logging equipment. The fall foliage and river made for a beautiful backdrop. The lodge itself and the size of the logs used for construction are amazing.

with sausage and bacon.
The breakfast menu has
omelettes, steak, trout,
French toast, huge cinnamon rolls and much more.
I received my order in about
fifteen minutes with no
problems.
The pancakes were very large
and had a nice taste to them with the huckleberry syrup.
The sausage has a nice mild
taste, the eggs and bacon
were not overcooked.
You will also find a gift shop,
old timber machinery outside,
a lunch and dinner menu.
Located about eighteen miles
from Seaside on the way to
Portland on US-26.

This is a beautiful Restaurant and the food is amazing whether you are having breakfast, dinner or brunch!
The Christmas decor is stunning ! Our waitress Christine was very friendly, professional and very personable. She was a delight.
The Razor clams were cooked to perfection and the Ribeye Steak was fabulous.

We loved it! This restaurant is a great place to visit. Huge spacious restaurant with typical American atmosphere. Also a great patio (dog friendly). We’ve ordered a Pepsi, a coffee and a cinnamon roll. It was great. The cinnamon roll was the best we’ve ever had but I would recommend to share it: it is huuuge. Kristin was our waitress and she was the best, very lovely kind and hard working lady. Also, there is a nice small trail at the back of the restaurant which is worth visiting.

I had driven past here a few different times and had never stopped. Decided to make it a highlight of my trip today and I was not disappointed. I had the giant cinnamon roll and it was so incredibly good but I was not able to finish it because it was very large. The decor is really cool and logger theme. Outside the restaurant there is a lot of really neat old logging equipment to look at so it’s worth a stop to grab a bite to eat and stretch your legs and look around. The only drawback is I felt like service was a little low but it was midday around lunch time so I’m sure that that probably had something to do with it….

What a gem in the middle of no where! Staff was friendly, efficient, laughing with us and smiles to brighten our day! The fire was burning, the room made you feel like you were in a Hallmark movie. Breakfast was fabulous and the cinnamon rolls are being (took 4 home) 🙂 Will be back!
