Really nice little spot — clean, welcoming, and the staff were friendly. The sushi and nigiri were fresh and nicely presented. The only small issue was that the rice didn’t stick together well on some of the nigiri, which made it a bit tricky to eat. Everything else was delicious, though, and I’d definitely come back. Great local find!

This is a beautiful restaurant. The service was very good. They did not rush our dinner. The caterpillar roll and the shrimp tempura was great. All the rolls are very delicious and beautiful! Also fresh!!!The crab cheese Wontons and dumplings were amazing! My kid got the kids chicken,and it was so good!We will be back weekly!

This is a small restaurant. The service was very good. They did not rush our party. The dancing shrimp was great. The hibachi was generous, but the steak was overcooked. The shrimp was cooked properly. If I got it again, I would do chicken and shrimp. One of my friends got the scallops and said they were cooked perfectly. The crab appetizer was delicious. A friend got the tuna tower, and it was fantastic. We would definitely go back.

My husband and I lived in Japan for 3.5 years and miss it dearly. Hibiki is the closest we’ve gotten since being stationed in MS afterwords.
The food is delicious, priced great, but we really appreciate the amazing family & staff who served us. The sweetest!
We drive from Meridian just to eat here that’s how good it is.
Favorites: Miso soup, Sweet potato tempura roll, edamame, and my husband loves the spicy salmon rolls.
Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. 🙂

This place is incredible! Been here three times now in the last several weeks, and am overly impressed every time. Their fried rice is off the charts, and every sushi I’ve tried is spectacular. Service is fast, prices are reasonable, and the food is fantastic. I hate that we waited so long to try it. Highly, highly recommended!!

I took my family here for the first time this week and I was quite impressed. Upon learning we were new customers, we were offered an appetizer to try, which was amazing! The food was great and fresh. Service was fast and team was so very nice. As a business owner myself that takes pride in customer experience, I can say they killed it! They also gave my daughter a balloon when we were leaving!

My husband and I go here at least once a week. The staff has always been beyond nice to us. Immediately being greeted at the door and even being recognized when we come in. My husband loves the chicken hibachi and I get the 2 roll combo. It’s very rare for us to find place for us to both eat that’s not expensive or fast food. We will gladly keep coming here!
