Came to eat with the wife for the first time yesterday. The wonderful customer service that was provided to us from the moment our food was taken, to the wonderful bread conversation we had with the ladies that brought our food was outstanding.
I got the chicken & sirloin with fried rice. The vegetables were delicious and meat cooked to perfection
Shrimp tempura rolls were amazingly fresh, which i give a 10/10
I tried their new sushi roll, which is this giant btw (see picture) a perfect blend of spice, saltiness and a musk of sweet. A symphony in your taste buds if you will.
A huge shout out to the cooks in the back. yall are the reason the food is delicious. Your hardwork doesnt go unnoticed!
And a shout out to the wonderful ladies who i had the pleasure of speaking to. Excellent customer service and very thorough with information provided to us
I work in waxahachie but definitely will make the drive at least once a week for lunch time

I don’t think I can recommend this food to anyone. The photo on the screen of the restaurant of my order had ONE broccoli. I asked the cashier if I could have more. She told me I could have for an additional cost a side order of 4 pieces of broccoli, but the order had 2 pieces of broccoli. I declined the offer for a side order. When I got my plate, it had only 1 piece of broccoli. The meat was dry. The rice was delicious. The last time I visited this place was about 10 years ago, and the food was good. If I return in 10 years to this place, I hope the food to be better.

The food was AMAZING! Very filling and a pretty good price for how much you get! The waitresses were sweethearts, and were very efficient. I always love coming here because I know me and my family can get our money’s worth. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will continue to come back!!

Obed the general manager was THE BEST! He properly explained the menu as we were first time guests. He was very attentive the entire time we were there. The atmosphere is great with friendly workers. Obed ensured that our meal was not only correct but delicious. We order the Rice Bowls with Chicken and Steak, the spring rolls and California Roll. No complaints! Will be back !!

The portion sizes have diminished and the prices have gone up exponentially. I included two photos of the same order 1 YEAR apart the first photo is from 10/2024 and the second photo is from 10/2025, the differences are staggering. I’m so disappointed because this has been such a good spot for so long, but seeing as they’re charging more for less food that is lower quality, I don’t think I’ll be back. Luckily, they were happy to refund my order, so that’s a plus.

Been going to this spot since I was little with my dad it’s a great spot! I always get the sushi and it’s great. I came recently and had the best miso soup of my life. Staff are super friendly too and make you feel welcome. Thanks!

Happened to be house-sitting in the area and passed this place while out on an errand. Walking up I expected perhaps not the best quality- but I was WRONG! Orders taken at front desk. Seating, drinks and condiments are self-serve (Pro Tip: sauces like Yum Yum are at the table, so don’t order an extra side of it unless you’re doing takeaway). Ordered a basic spicy tuna roll and then a fancier house roll. Both were served to me fast and with care, as good presentation as any sit-down hibachi spot. DELICIOUS! My to-go order of beef stir-fry was also wonderful!

Today, they were testing adding Salmon to the menu. So, my wife and I tried it out. It was spectacular! I couldn’t make myself break off and eat the rice and vegetables. So, I finished my Salmon and stole (procured?) some of my wife’s. We spoke to the manager and encouraged them to add the option. He said they’re adding on Monday 3/9 to see how it sells. Go try it! What a healthy option.

We called in an order for take-out. I was really impressed with them being able to tell me exactly which items were gluten-free on the menu. It could be helpful to include that information in their online ordering menu as well. I was really excited about this place having recently been diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity. They had a variety of options for me. We tried sushi and a rice bowl. My son had a little bit of a philadelphia roll and some of the chicken and rice from the rice bowl. Within about 30 mins he started complaining of not feeling well and having stomach pain. About an hour later he vomited. Seems he got food poisoning from something. I wanted to like this place but don’t think we will be coming back after getting sick from it so far the adults are feeling okay. So just be cautious with kids or people with weaker immune systems about upset stomach. Not sure if what he ate got cross contaminated with raw fish or something that did it or just something in what he ate.

Food is good but I used to get the Philadelphia Roll (Salmon, Avocado, Cream Cheese) & swap out the salmon for crab at no extra charge. Today, they wanted $4 EXTRA to swap, not add. The regular price is a little more expensive than the California Roll (Crab, Avocado, Cucumber). I don’t like cucumber but like cream cheese so this is how I was told to order it. Guess I’ll suffer the cucumber with no cream cheese today & just not order it from here anymore.
