LOOK APPEALING? According to the reviews, and our order tonight this is what you can expect. ITS UNACCEPTABLE To sell food like this. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering, I also should have checked my food before walking out, but we’ve never had a bad experience at any other hibachis, so we didn’t think to check it. I’m upset that I wasted almost $50.00 rounded, on food that I can’t even eat, almost $ 10.00 went on the sauces that’s sold in these tiny containers, ,that are half the size of the original containers sold at other hibachis,and according to the lady who took my order, they don’t sell sauce in anything bigger, other hibachis sell big bottles of it. Our rice is dry, the meat is tough, and the vegetables are overdone as well, FOODS NOT SUPPOSED TO FIGHT YOU GOIMG DOWN, NOR SHOULD IT BE STABBING THE INSIDE OF YOUR THROAT THE WHOLE WAY DOWN! I would call them back to see if there’s something that can be done, but the thicker, dark night shift lady was slightly rude, and short over the phone, almost as if she was irritated with the fact that I called to place an order, I’d rather not deal with it the foods going to the trash, $10.00 worth of sauce wasted. they can keep the $50. this was our first time going there, and MOST DEFINITELY OUR LAST TIME!!!!!!!!

I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERS. I ordered and got there I should have turn around and left. I got a strong stinch smell and the lady front dint even wrote the right name. I had tell her like 10 times. Paid wayyy to much for what it is. Got home and looked at it and seen like they dumped the whole bottle of pepper on it. Dint even taste anything like habatchi. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I ATE FEW BITES AND DECIDED NOT TO EAT. GROSS

I was in there last night. It was very disturbing to see the lady at the register to throw our empty trays in the raw food at the cooks cooks. We’re just trying to do the job and cook this lady really seems racist plus there was cockroaches crawling around. I will not be coming here anymore. I remember seeing Chuck G and Bree. I would not recommend ordering or eating food from this location. This location is filthy, the employees are not helpful and I watched the cook eat out of a customer’s to go order before they wrapped it up (not kidding). This was after the same cook had come back from a smoke break and didnt wash his hands before going back to work. I know this because I saw the transition. The floors are dirty, and I didn’t see a single COVID-19 protocol being followed or enforced.

This is the WORST FOOD EVER! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The RICE WAS MUSHY, Chalky, AND hard pieces throughout it (old rice). I called to ask for a replacement or refund and was told they did not give refunds and I should have tasted it before I left. I asked if they allowed customers to taste the food before leaving? She hung up on me. She was rude and said she would call the police if I didn’t stop asking for a refund. She called me out my name a very derogatory name. I asked for a manager she said they didn’t have a manager. The food was absolutely horrible and she threatened me several times. My husband and family all listened in on the phone call. Many many negative reviews about this restaurant. They will be out of business soon.

This is mainly a takeout Asian place. They are located in a strip mall near the Home Goods store. There are a few tables if you want to eat there though. The food is good and service is pretty fast. I liked the egg rolls.

I just order from them in door dash I order steak and shrimp double platter with veggies,and it didn’t even have no veggies the rice is greasy and the steak is to burnt no flavor and only 5 shrimps for $20 nahhh never ordering from here ever.Worst food service ever.

Just did a carryout order for a vegetable hibachi, and not only was it the blandest sloppiest looking hibachi I’ve ever had, but the order took a ridiculously long amount of time to be ready at off peak hours. This is absolutely someplace I would not go again even if it was the only restaurant open – This was literally the worst meal I’ve had in recent history.

Very horrible customer service I didn’t feel welcomed coming in. The lady at the desk didn’t greet me and the lady cook mugged me from the back. They had no knowledge of my order that I had called to place 15 minutes prior. I asked for noodles in one of my meals and they poorly packaged on the side wrapping it in Saran wraps. Once they gave me the total, the lady cook rung me out and added $5 more to the total. I questioned it and she changed it. It was just a very unpleasant experience for me dealing with food. I’ll never eat there again.

If I could give no stars, I would . Terrible customer service , lady was sitting down in the chair at the front desk and didn’t even greet me when walked in. Waited for me to say something and gave a disgusting look until I spoke first . No,how may I help you? Or are you picking up or placing an order? Got home and the rice was over cooked,crunchy and tasted old. They gave me about 4 pieces of shrimp on a chicken and shrimp double entree. Shrimp tasted like it was frozen then thrown on the grill. Veggies were undercooked and unsatisfying. Terrible choice if you’re looking for fair priced hibachi compared to quality .
