I use to love Diego’s burritos, but the last several years with prices increasing everywhere..the quality has really gone down. It’s a long period in between visits and trying them again. Went this morning at 6:36am and again the eggs are runny! And to pay over $4.00 for 1 little skinny burrito, sure isn’t worth my time or money.

Tacos barely had anything in them, were too salty and wet. Tortilla was tough and slightly cold. We got sausage and egg and potato and egg and we could barely tell which one was which bc they hardy had any meat. Paid $13 for 3 tacos and they were not worth it AT ALL

Had a order for 12 different burritos. They got me in/out quickly and very friendly. The burritos were really good with a lot of filling. Prices have gone up as with everything else in town. Still great burritos!

I’ve been a loyal customer only having a bad experience once before with a hair in the eggs but I gave them another chance and everything seemed good for a couple of months but I went there this morning and the burritos were cold, greasy, and dry. I think I’m going to be sick . I’m at work and don’t know what I’m going to do now. I will be getting with my credit card company to do a chargeback. I’m never going back.

The food is very good, the atmosphere is standard for hole in the wall type places. It has stiff competition from julios down the street, keeps these guys sharp. Julios is probably just slightly better. Great spot for good burritos here if you need to escape the base for lunch.

I used to love Diego’s burritos. And this morning was the worse experience ever. Went to Ave N location. And the lady who checked me out was yelling as if I couldn’t hear well. I then told her the drinks I had, and she blew me off, and didn’t say anything. So I asked her if she got the drinks?. And again yelled and said I got them all!! She told me the total and snatched my card. Didn’t even thank me, and walked away. When we sat down and my kids and I got 2 burritos a piece. And we ate half of one burrito out of the 2 we each got. And threw the others away. There was more salt in the women working there than those burritos. Last time I spend over $30 at Diego’s.

normally this is our favorite place to grab a quick burrito in the mornings. however yesterday(11/01/2018) we had a problem with the barbacoa burrito having a smell of being foul. took it back and yes they did replace it but the girl who was that the window said … there’s nothing wrong with our barbacoa … that’s how it smells!!! I’m like no.. we get this all the time and it has never smelled foul before. we will need to stop making this place for our quick bit!!!
