They’re pretty busy with takeout orders. The wait for our in-house order was like 30-40 minutes for a good amount of food that we ordered. Luckily there were a good amount of shops nearby to occupy our time. But definitely order ahead if you’re on a time crunch.

Nice portions for sure but I’ve never had hibachi with NO vegetables. Broccoli, carrots etc. They did say the rice come with onions and carrots mixed in but as you see in the picture. It’s not there

Located in the Sunshine Plaza, Hibachi Way offers a variety of hibachi cuisine and sushi rolls. They also have appetizers, soups & salads, noodles, and bento boxes.
The place wasn’t that busy, though people were steadily coming in. I greeted a female employee behind the counter and placed an order for a California roll and a small shrimp bowl with vegetables. I couldn’t wait to dig into the food once I received it. The California roll was freshly made and tasty. The shrimp bowl consisted of fried rice and vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and onions). The shrimp and vegetables were nicely cooked and seasoned, and the fried rice was cooked to a soft consistency. Overall the food was enjoyable. I look forward to coming back to try a few of their appetizers.

This place is great. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The service is fast. Its mainly a take out place but they got a couple of tables. If you like hibachi style food and dont care for those high prices or cooking show, then this is the spot!

Food is good here but the staff doesn’t prioritize walk in orders over online orders. Walk in customers should always be taken care of as a priority being as they took the time out of their day/night to drive over just to hear there is a minimum of a 30 minute wait due to online orders. I’ll never walk in here again and it will be a long time before I order from here at all. This was very disappointing and a real eye opener. Those of us that drive to places get to be second place to people who order from the comfort of their home and not while they are running errands and want something to eat.

I have driven past this restaurant so many times and wondered how it is. I’m so glad that I decided to order some lunch today. The steak was cooked perfectly, the veggies had a lovely crunch, and the flavors were on point. Absolutely delicious food and friendly staff.

I have ordered from hibachi way since they opened and the food is very fresh hibachi is amazing. The husband and wife team I think is very friendly. The wife makes the best sushi rolls I’ve had in a long time even from the very high-end sushi places.
