I give it a 10! First off let’s start with the customer service. I wasn’t 10 feet out of my car and was greeted with a huge warm welcome by Adam! Thank you for that alone customer service is a rare thing anymore. Second I had to salivate the whole way home smelling all those delicious smells. Third, the steak chicken and shrimp were all fire. Cooked perfectly seasoned perfectly not over seasoned which is nice. I will be back as I am a huge hibachi fan.

I’ve been to a lot of hibachi restaurants in my time, but I’ve never had a hibachi experience quite like the one I had at this Hibachi Food Truck. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. Incredible customer service. Give them a try. Thank you for taking of us.

Tried Hibatchi Hut Salem the other night and it was delicious!!! We had the steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked exactly as we requested and the portion size was generous. I couldn’t even eat all of it, but got to have leftovers for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back!!!

Tried Hibachi hut for the first time last night, I ordered the veggie yakisoba and fried rice, I left special instructions for no animal product and they made me special fried rice minus egg, which was awesome cause most places don’t.
My veggies were fresh and grilled perfect and you get plenty of noodles! This is my new go to spot for yakisoba!
