Our first visit celebrating a birthday, and we were asked to leave before we were done! While finishing our drinks after a $250 dinner, they told us they needed the table! We had reservations and were seated fairly quickly but waited over one hour for our dinner. We were shocked and appalled by their treatment and will NOT be returning.

My wife and i LOVE Hibachi!! Tryed this place out for the 1st time, and it was pretty good. Personally, the noodles were a bit bland for me, but the cook was very entertaining, and the atmosphere was the best we have been to. The waitress never filled my wifes or neighbors’ waters back up (but did fill mine at one point. But over all we had a great time

Called around 2:50pm yesterday to place a carry out order for their lunch special . I was told to hold for a moment. The guy came back on the phone and said their cook was taking an hour break during the last hour of their lunch special so I can’t order until after 4pm. I asked to speak to a manager because that was odd and then he said he would take my order instead of letting me speak to them. After I placed my ordering, put me on hold (I could still hear everything) and I could hear the cook yelling at him saying “NO IM NOT COOKING!!! NO NO NO!!! I’m leaving!!! Cancel the order!!!” When I went to pick up order- spoke to manager which she acted like this happens all the time and shrugged off what I had told her. Everyone was giving me dirty looks like I was bothering them by ordering food. Even one of the waitress laughed at me while I was talking to manager. Not to mention- 12 hrs later, I’m super sick and so is my two yr old daughter. What started as a treat for ourselves on a rainy Saturday- gave us food poisoning. I will not be returning. Horrible service and food- very disappointed as this used to be our favorite.

Great local location for us. Excellent quality cuts of meat, chicken. The veggies are always fresh. The sauces are always delish. The service is amazing and the best part is they cook it all right there in front of you. Some tables can seat up to 15 people, so you may end up with new friends at the end of dinner. Allergy friendly facility. Let them know about food allergies before you order. My child is very dairy allergic so they take special precautions and cook hers in the back area on its own. Great place for friends and family.

For starters the Hibachi House was an amazing experience and I definitely suggest going there. In my first trip me and my girlfriend ordered 3 appetizers and their 3 protein combo and it wasn’t more than 120. We both got Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp with fried rice. For our app.s they were the Beef Gyozas, Spicy Tuna sushi roll, and Tempura Sweet Potato roll. And everything was phenomenal.

Fantastic fun place. The food was fantastic. You pick everything that you like and it is made fresh in front of you. The service staff is fantastic. And the chefs who cooking food are great to watch. It is a fun interactive experience featuring fantastic food and fun people.
