Service was less than par. The girl working at the counter is rude. She acted as if she does not want to be there. As a first time customer I wanted a minute to look over the menu. She slumped over the counter tapping her pen as if we were bothering her being there. We didn’t leave. The food came out hot. The girl was fairly nice to me when bringing the food to our table but not friendly at all to my partner. The portions were small for the price. It looks good on picture but mostly rice. The vegetables are under the meat. So actually you get a small amount of meat, lots of rice, and a good amount of vegetables. I’m not sure how it would be if you chose not to get vegetables. The taste was good. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. The steak was very tender though. I probably wouldn’t return especially if the rude clerk is at this restaurant.

Ordered the black pepper chicken tonight and it is utterly shameful… I’m literally posting this mess because I don’t want anyone else to waste their money. I’m certain if I took it back there’d be a slim chance I’d get a refund. A waste of $13. Stay away from this place

This,so far, is the very worst Chinese restaurant, at least concerning pork egg rolls and pork lo mein. Disgusting couple of bites. This authentic picture, 20 minutes after picking up the order, should speak for itself. Granted, it was right at closing time, but I don’t think that’s ever an excuse to serve bad food.

We got the hibachi steak and shrimp and loved it. It’s kinda dead inside other then take out orders but staff is friendly and food is good we will be back. Lol

I went about a month ago at the time I couldn’t leave a review. The restaurant was very clean inside and out but has a strong fish smell like when you go to a fresh seafood market. Being the name is “Hibachi House” I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. They didn’t have soup nor salad. They seemed very unorganized, at the time the soda machine wasn’t working so I was given a can drink. The food was terrible. Steak was a weird texture I couldn’t get one piece down. The vegetables were very undercooked. I like my vegetables with a bit of bite but they were hard like they weren’t cooked. The shrimp were a nice size and the sauce has a nice taste. The rice was awful. Maybe the Chinese options are better but I will never know. $20 and the only thing edible were 6 shrimp.

For hibachi you get a lot of rice but very very little meat. White sauce is good. The general tsos is good, not too sweet and a bit spicy. The rice isn’t very good, taste old. I give it 3 stars because at least it wasn’t expensive.

Do not go save your money. Have been there 3 times and it has only Declined in Quality. My fiance ordered teriyaki shrimp and chicken. They gave her at least 5 pounds of rice 4 shrimps and 3 uncut slabs of chicken. I ordered hibachi chicken and steak minus the steak to the lady who took my order ears. They also forgot our white sauces that we paid for and the egg I added to my rice. They have a no refund policy SO THINK TWICE!!!

We’ve always ordered from here for the last year now. The food is always good and plenty. The new girl working the counter needs to learn etiquette when answering a phone. She’s always rude when taking your order, talking over you, hateful, hangs up on you or yells she can’t hear you. Upon me picking my order up, someone else had forgotten their drink and she hollered, ‘Hey where’d that fat guy go?! He forgot his drink!’ …Really?? Do better. We won’t be eating here again unless she goes.

If you have never ate here because of the reviews or just had a bad experience you should try it again the restaurant doesn’t smell like fish maybe they had been cooking it that day food is hot!! And very tasteful and that’s a lot coming from me because I’m very picky with taste and flovers come from a house hold where my father was an actual chief I will say thos is my first time trying thos restaurant I got the hibachi chicken I didn’t get rice because I’m doing low carb I got extra chicken and veggies I will be going back so so so good the reviews made me not want to try the food but I’m actually happy that I did
