Overall as someone who has been to many Buffet places I really enjoyed it. I would recommend lunch is a good time to go. They had the typical items for a sushi and hibachi buffet. All the trays were filled which is something previous reviews had complained about,but I found the opposite was the case. They were very kind to us. I would go back. There was something for each person to eat.

Food was dry and cold. We had just got there and fixed a plate and we got up to leave. They still charged us $33 and we didn’t even eat. My grandson couldn’t even eat the fries because they were hard and cold. She didn’t even apologize or say anything. But it’s both worth the money. Deserves no stars…..

I have had the pleasure of eating here several times. The food was very fresh and delicious. I love sushi and seafood, and was very happy with the selections offered. They don’t rush you out, and I ended up going to pay before I got the check. The server was very attentive and friendly, the hostess is amazing. I love feeding the koi after my overindulgent meal.

food was absolutely disgusting.. customer service wasn’t any better.. my server TINA was incredibly rude. I tried telling her that the food wasn’t good and she walked away while I was still talking? when I went to tell the cashier up front she dismissed me and said it was absolutely nothing she could do & made me pay my bill with no compensation.the hibachi grill was dirty and tasted as if I was eating dog food. all the food was so dry down to the cake. overall, I would never come back to eat here. I wouldn’t come back if someone paid me to eat here. I wouldn’t come back even if was the only restaurant on earth. DISGUSTING. I rated it a one but if I could rate it a zero I would.

I was very disappointed. We have not visited this establishment in a while. We got there at 9 pm, understandable they close at 10 pm. The person that was sitting us stated if we agree that they close at 10 pm.
We knew the food was not going to be up to part because is the end of the day. But the quality of the food has declined tremendously, and Services as well. At 9:25 pm a young man started vacuuming in our area I ask to please do so in the other side. He continued. To be honest my husband wanted to eat some where else, I should had listen.

Definitely 2 star quality restaurants at best 3.4 stars is a huge compliment. The food is old, stale, and cold sits out through the day. The owner & staff is extremely rude to customers and service is poor. There is only a few options with half of the hot plates empty. Buffet City is a much better option down the street. Teppanaki buffet in Hampton is also a much better option with better reviews.

I have only good things to say about this place. I went there with a couple of friends for dinner and we had a good time.
The food is great and is reasonably priced with lots of healthy options, the environment is welcoming, good parking spaces, nice staff and a variety of food options to choose from.

Food was just okay, honestly kind of low quality and almost tasted stale. Our waitress was really rude, which didn’t help. On the plus side, the kids loved the fish pond and got to feed the fish, which was fun for them.

Went to the lady up front and asked her if she was a manager, her response was “what do you want?”
Lol rude but okkkk, addressed an issue about empty bar and got a stare in return. Her look was saying “and what do you want me to do?”…
While sitting picking through my plate (since no one wanted to give me money back and I still wanted to eat at least some fruits) she came by staring at me eating.
I mean, I have to pay and I don’t have time now to go look for another place to eat, what do I suppose to do? Leave hungry and still pay?
Ugh.
Buffet City around the corner is so much better.
