Food is always fresh. Staff is always friendly during pickup. The only issue I’ve noticed is if we ask for vegetables with no mushrooms when ordering online a lot of the time they are still in the food.

My family has been ordering delivery from here for a couple of years now. While the quality of the food has varied, it has always been overall, good and we have enjoyed it.
We ordered on Friday evening, October 17th and the side of hibachi chicken that my daughter ordered contained several pieces of plastic that looked ro have been actually cooked with the food. Not only were we completely disgusted by this, I sent an email to them informing of this with pictures, and have yet to get a response. Not even an apology for the carelessness.

Been eating here for years, use to be very good. The last couple times, absolutely terrible. Typically get the steak with noodles and another with shrimp. Both times and tonight, steak AND shrimp is extremely tough. Always ordered steak as medium well, never comes that way. The yokisuba noodles or w.e are supposed to come with vegetables and they had n o n e. Plain noodles and meat. I ordered miso soup too but what I really got was a cold cup of mainly sea weed completely stuffed to the brim, SO OVERWHELMINGLY FISHY BC OF IT. Took a picture to show. Which came with the soup spilling into the bag already, awesome. Also got edamame which i usually love, zero flavor. Also cold. We live 5 mins from the store and even arrived early to get our order. Beyond terrible, won’t order from here again.
There’s way better actual Japanese places to eat from in npr like Kazus on main Street.
Extremely disappointing!!!!
If we had ate in and didn’t get this as take out, would have asked for a refund. I’ve worked in the food industry, so unless I’m literally bringing the food back, which I never do so I’m not going to call directly just to complain. If this was a one time thing I probably wouldn’t even leave a review but it’s been consistently not worth it.

Fantastic lunch and dinner spot! I get one of the $9.25 lunch specials almost every day. It’s always delicious, cooked just right and a generous portion. The restaurant is also very clean which is important to me. There are clean tables, clean restrooms and clean drinks station every time I come in. The employees are courteous and polite. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. Great place for a business lunch!

We just ordered the party platter. Was delivered. And ordered rock shrimp. Which was not delivered. And wouldn’t bring it back out. Said they give us a credit. Sushi is not that good. Tuna is not red. Low grade. Sauces are terrible. Will absolutely never order this again. I suggest everyone to consider this when ordering from this place. Place couldn’t even give us some soy sauce. Hahaha. Glad I had some at the house. It’s not even average sushi.

Kitchen lost the ticket after ordering 20 minutes in advance over the phone. Sat another 15 minutes thinking it was just slow until I asked what was taking so long. They then started my order and put it in the back of the line as if it just came in. They didn’t apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Took over an hour. Never going back again.
