This is my first time ordering from Domino’s. I ordered a half-and-half “create your own” pizza, and one half appears to overlap the other, with uneven cuts. I understand that the night shift may be eager to finish their work, but this lack of care is negatively impacting the night customers.

HORRIBLE!! idk why any app services like DoorDash or uber eats even lets anyone order. It was a complete waste of time. I placed an order and waited an hour. It said my delivery was on its way and then it said it got delivered only for me to go outside and have nothing. Looking at these comments make sense. They need to shut that place down or fire the delivery drivers because clearly they are the issue and are lazy and incompetent to do their job. Unbelievable.

I was staying at a hotel and ordered ahead of time. Driver marked the order as delivered, I asked the front desk, no order, checked everywhere possible, no order. I called the store, they didn’t pick up. Called again, no answer. Called a third and fourth time, no answer. Finally, I just got tired of it and walked to the store (didn’t realize when ordering it was only .3 miles away). When I arrived, it took at least 5 minutes before someone other than the other angry customers acknowledged that I was there. When they did, the manager was extremely dismissive and insulting. When I pointed out that the driver marked the order as delivered, he basically told me “that’s not how the app works.” First time in my life that I’ve seen the driver mark the order as delivered prior to arriving. Eventually, I got a call from my friend back at the hotel telling me that the driver had arrived, and the manager told me, “go enjoy your pizza” in the most condescending tone I’ve ever heard in my life. If I were the franchise owner, I would fire him in a heartbeat for that kind of treatment of a customer. I’ll be back in Milwaukee in a couple of months, but you can 10000% bet I will not be ordering from them.

Monta, the delivery driver came in with poor service and complained about the tip. I won’t be ordering from Dominos anymore nor recommend it to the guests at the hotel I work at. The few times that he’s delivered my food, he’s not very friendly. Constructive criticism works wonders.

Stayed at a hotel 5 minutes away, got delivery after a concert cuz it was late at night. Driver took over an hour to get to us! Very rude when we met him at the door and both our pizzas boxes were crushed, pizzas were stuck to the top of the box and cold. I don’t understand why it took an hour to drive 5 minutes to our hotel, I don’t recommend ordering delivery late at night from here.

My pizza looked MO-THING like the pictures on the television add, & did NOT have the extra cheese I ordered & there were only a few pieces of spinach spread around the pizza, same with the chicken, the pizza was dry overall, I was very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with today’s experience. I placed an order around 11:00 p.m., and the estimated delivery time was between 11:25–11:30 p.m. However, the order didn’t arrive until 12:16 a.m. almost an hour late. I refused the order because at that point the food was guaranteed to be cold and not worth eating.
I tried calling the store 3–4 times after placing the order, but no one ever answered. Due to the delay and poor communication, I am going to starving for the night as nearly everything else is close in my area.
This level of service is unacceptable. If the store couldn’t fulfill the order on time, the least they could’ve done was communicate. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Delivery took an hour and 10 minutes after it was ordered, pizza crust was soft and undercooked, was missing toppings (ordered Buffalo sauce ontop), box was severely damaged, and came barely warm because well ya know, it took a fricken hour. So severely disappointed, order from a different location

The only good thing is you may get your pizza fast since their delivery driver believes the BUS ONLY lane is his private freeway. This driver was speeding down the BUS ONLY lane from 27th street all the way to the store location on 7th st. He didn’t get there any faster than i did when traveling in the car lane. Maybe in the future they may choose to hire people who are not a danger to the college students and feel entitled enough to drive wherever and however they please.
