I made an order for a plate of habachi steak and a side of a steak, I could literally count the pieces of the meat, they placed the meat together on the same plate when I had ordered a side, I guess to make it look more quantity.

This restaurant was a lovely Hibachi fast food place. The lady was welcoming with big smiles. The room was clean with many Jesus’s words decorations. I ordered the hibachi steak. Its price was great and the steak quality was not bad. Medium was a good temperature for me. The entree came with tasty cabbage and fried rice. It cost extra money to add more veggies or sides.

They don’t play, best fried rice, steak cooked perfectly, absolutely delicious, do not pass this place up. Be sure to fill the tip jar, and enjoy the fresh ingredients, and the best fried rice around.

Jesus loves you, you see everywhere when you walk in!!! You can feel the presence of the Lord in this place and the food is delicious and that’s not even talking about the egg yolk. Oh my it is soooo delicious!!!!! Syalom is such an amazing person!!! She truly cares about her customers and takes time with them. You don’t feel rushed at all like other chains I have experienced.

Placed an order online and went to pick up. Even though we had our credit card, confirmation number, and email- they refused to give us our food that we paid $75 for because we didn’t have our ID. NO WHERE in the email does it say anything about needing an ID so we drove 30 minutes there and back home and didn’t get our food.
We even offered to pay for the order AGAIN so that we could take the food and dispute the original charge but they REFUSED.
Then they refused to cancel and refund the order and told us we would need to dispute the charge. When I called the number in my email to dispute the charge, the lady from the restaurant was the one who answered. She acted like she wasn’t the owner, and told me “the restaurant misunderstood” and would refund me. She knew who I was and didn’t even need my credit card info or anything.
Been going to this place for 8 years since I lived next to it, and I will NEVER go back.

We called to complain about smaller portion sizes than usually. One plate was suppose to be scallops with EXTRA shrimp for $28+. Plate two was steak and chicken. We have been frequent customer but not anymore after this experience. The restaurant told us she measured the food herself and to call Door Dash with our complaints but she would just tell them the food was correct before it left. The restaurant wanted no part in making the order correct. Instead they indirectly blamed the Dasher with “possibly” disturbing our food. Very bad experience. They will never get money from us again. Literally no customer support.

Really excellent veggie hibachi, and the portions are big enough that I have leftovers for the next day. Delicious yum yum sauce too. Everyone who works here is so friendly and kind!
