We stopped here while traveling. I got the the morning wrap (forget what it’s called). I was very disappointed in the size of the wrap. The hash browns with queso were be great although the hash browns were a bit soggy. Service was slow.

I ordered light ice in my latte. I guess I should have ordered NO ice because it was still a lot which I don’t care for. Just be careful what you order here. They seem new to what they are doing.

Poor girl was working all by herself, handling an entire line of people first thing in the morning. Guessing it was the manager, who walked over and apologized for not helping her, but then did nothing to help and instead started talking about another girl… Gossiped instead of helping the girl out or helping out the customers. We ended up leaving without ordering anything, figured we would get our food faster at the next stop.

I ordered a large cappuccino coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts, but was very disappointed. The cup was almost completely filled with foam, and there was hardly any actual coffee inside—just one sip of coffee and the rest foam. When I pay for a large coffee, I expect to actually get coffee, not just froth. Very poor service and not worth the money.

Tasteless breakfast sandwich, and the hash browns were $2 for six (yes, six) little rounds.

New Employees are obviously placed on their own to quick. This is off the highway, service should be fast and accurate. Stood for 20mins while 2 new employees (6/16/25) didn’t know what they were doing and zero management to help them. When 2 coffees and 2 donuts finally were ready, was told “they must’ve brewed it wrong because it looks weak” Refunded the coffee and got 1 hot Folgers coffee from Roy Rodgers in 42secs.

Absolute joke of an establishment. Be better. Provide better management and leadership. Watched two women take a few minutes attempting to put a lid on a cup, raw incompetence at its finest.

Staff disappeared, rude and abrassive aside from being super messy. I guess I usually come to expect more from other locations, but this story seems like the norm here. Better off buying premade coffee from 7-11 next door, you don’t have to rely on incompetent employees there.

Stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts in the North Somerset service plaza thinking I’d get something quick to eat and be on my way. Instead, I got a 45-minute performance art piece titled “Incompetence in Action,” starring the most unbothered group of employees I’ve ever witnessed.
Three women behind the counter managed to turn making a bagel and coffee into what I can only assume was a full-length Broadway rehearsal. No urgency. No communication. No clue. I watched them argue over who would press the toaster button, walk in circles like Sims with broken pathfinding, and ask “Wait, what did she order again?” every time someone walked up. Spoiler alert: still didn’t get it right.
The cherry on top? Not a single apology or even eye contact when they finally slid over my sad-looking sandwich like it personally offended them to make it. I didn’t know Dunkin’ was trying to compete with the DMV for slowest service in America, but if they are — congrats, you’re winning.
If you’re on the road and value your time, your sanity, or your blood pressure: keep driving. This place is where punctuality and customer service go to die.
