They kept the place pretty clean. The buffet would get tore up, but there was always someone wiping it down and cleaning up.
My server nevef let my drink go empty and took my plates almost immediately after I was done.
The food, however, all tasted the same. Nothing really stood out. Dont get me wrong…it wasnt BAD!! I just expected it to be better. But then again, I went on a Sunday when it was super busy, but they did a great job restocking fresh food. Keep up the good job.

The buffet was very clean we were quickly sat down. The food was good and fresh for the most part. They have a hibachi bar where you can mix your own ingredients and they’ll cook up the food hibachi style for you. They do offer some desserts as well the dessert was ok. There are lots of options to chose from we were both very full. Twoards the end they brought us the bill while we were still eating. We paid and they kept trying to take our plates and rush us out. It started to make us uncomfortable and we left sooner than we wouldve like because of it. So maybe don’t ask for the bill or pay until you’re truly done eating.

Been to this location plenty of times & no problem. Not sure if their cook/workers were not having a good day but the food was cold & served raw chicken. Only offered a 10% discount. Disappointed

I liked this place. There were 11 bars and full hibachi bar with hibachi chef. They had quite a wide variety! I sampled many of the options and 75% were very good. I was quite disappointed with the sushi bar because it had no sashimi options. Presentation was excellent though. They had many desserts and fruits that looked very fresh. To even had sausage! The sausage was excellent! I was especially pleased with the oyster sauce mushrooms! They had decidedly American dishes like french fries and pizza though I didn’t try these. Many shrimp and crab options. On weekends they have crab legs that I visited on a weekday. Lunch buffet was $13.49 so not too bad especially with the variety of options. Not overly thrilled but was a satisfying meal for sure.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! They kept everything coming and you never had to wait for anything at the buffet. I can’t say enough about the service and hospitality here! It was absolutely amazing! We lost something very important in a napkin that was accidentally thrown away. Without hesitation the male owner/manager and two other waitresses went into action searching trash to assist us. We didn’t ask for that and definitely didn’t expect it. Needless to say we tipped them very well for their kindness. And they found our lost item! I can’t wait to go back! If you love seafood at a good price, this is your place.

First time here, while the place was clean and the food fresh, I was disappointed in the crabs. Im not picky of which crabs I have (king, snow, blue, dungeness), I do expect them to be about the size of an adult fist(the body). These were the size child and toddler. They were fried and seasoned nicely, just not enough meat to enjoy the labor. I would have loved a refill or 2 from my server, who was very dead in the face and absent after dropping off the drinks until she decided to drop off the check no one asked for. So yeah I probably wont be back of my own accord. Hopefully if you do go you have a better experience!

I am sick of this place. The selection is not as good as it used to be. There are no vegetables… unless you go thru the actual hibachi line (can’t do that when you get to-go food). I could not get any shrimp because I’m extremely sensitive to spicy food – every single variety of shrimp had jalapenos in it. NOT EVERYONE LIKES OR CAN TOLERATE SPICY FOOD. If you need assistance or have any questions, good luck finding someone who speaks English. The ONLY thing I like about this place is the prices.

The place is spacious and looks clean. The staff is friendly. They have a wide variety to pick from. They especially had many options for Seafood. The food was warm and it was refilled frequently.
There were some dishes that I wasn’t fond of, but most of them tasted good.
I recommend visiting here.
PS: Make sure you go hungry. It’s eat as much as you can.

This was my first visit to this hibachi restaurant, and it was one of the most disturbing dining experiences I have ever had.
While the host was polite upon arrival, the waiter assigned to us was immediately hostile and unprofessional. Early on, he snatched a receipt out of the host’s hand, which set the tone for the entire visit. When I picked up a piece of crab from the bar, there was no signage indicating it was restricted to dinner hours. Despite this, the waiter confronted me aggressively. I immediately returned the item without argument.
From that moment on, my son and I were clearly monitored. When I went to pay, staff reviewed camera footage and falsely accused me of placing excessive amounts of food in my purse. This accusation was completely untrue. I voluntarily showed the contents of my purse, which contained only a very small amount of food, yet I was still charged an additional $3.80.
When I questioned the charge and requested to speak with a manager, the same waiter claimed he was the manager, so I asked who was above him . He behaved rudely, and terminated the call. When I returned calmly to request a refund, he called the police and falsely reported that I was disruptive. I was not unruly, aggressive, or disrespectful at any point.
Being singled out, closely surveilled, falsely accused, and having law enforcement called over a minor dispute was humiliating and deeply troubling. I firmly believe this treatment was rooted in racial profiling. This conduct was unacceptable,
