I ordered late last night maybe 30/40 min before closing! I didn’t known they were about to close I usually don’t order from spots when they are in their closing hours but thank the higher power i did! I can’t find one bad thing to say about this food yall! It’s worth the price you get a good portion of food. I ate off it twice I only got shrimp as my protein and it was soooo damn good both times I got full as I’m sitting here typing this review I got a portion left lol but nah definitely will be back 10/10 recommend. I got the samurai sauce it’s not spicy but it’s goooooodddd it changes the flavor profile of the hibachi bowl I use it as a switch out it if I want to change my flavor profile in between bites but yesss lawd tell a friend tell they mama nem

Absolutely amazing …a hidden gem I’m so glad I found it. They made my special rice with no egg. My hibachi trio was magnificent!! 10/10 would recommend! The stellar customer service by Darius and delicious green apple lemonade were a bonus!! Update 3/23/25: the food was so good I had to spin the block!! This time I got chicken and shrimp still a 10/10!! Get two garlic butter sauces!! Your welcome!!

This is a MUST try when in HTX! The portion size was insane and more than enough to feed 2 people. The steak, rice, and veggies were seasoned to perfection. The food came out steaming hot! We did wait awhile to get our food but we went at a busy time and it was definitely worth the wait.

Found this food truck on a whim and so glad we did! We had the steak, chicken and shrimp combo plate! Garlic butter sauce was delicious! The guy working register was friendly and working hard to get the orders out!

Today was the first time I tired hibachi bros & it was Great‼️ I ordered salmon & shrimp I also tried their Green Apple lemonade, that was very delicious & well balanced. Would recommend you try‼️ Customer service also great! Will be back to see you guys

My son took me to this hibachi spot (food truck) and I MUST say I am impressed that shrimp plate was delicious better than Benihana would definitely recommend. Nice seating area outside was perfect.

food is great but the price is ridiculous. 8.50 for a small box of garlic noodles?? and then a 35 min wait for some steak and rice? not to mention the guy that takes the orders is pretty rude towards his customers. foods really great but the price and service completely ruin it

I can’t even rate the food because I just spent the last 30 minutes cleaning it off my garage floor.
We waited 30 minutes for our order and the moment we got home, the bottom of the paper bag fell out. Food and sauce was all over my garage. I immediately called Hibachi Bros to explain what happened. I was told by the gentleman he would call me back. 25 min later I received a call asking if I was on my way back up. He never told me to head back to the food truck park so the question didn’t make any sense. I explained to him that I didn’t live near the park and it was almost midnight. At this point, I am annoyed with the cleanup and the line of questions. I ask for a refund and am told he would have to call me back. Shortly after, he calls me back and tells me his manager has refused a refund. I’m completely flabbergasted. I just swept $90 of food up and I can’t get a refund?! I was told I can receive a credit. However, after the lack of customer service and compassion, a credit is not going to remedy this situation.
I try my best to support local Black businesses. However, horrible customer service will never get my support. The gentleman even had the audacity to ask for a good review. You’ve got to be kidding me…
So now I get to spend more money because my teenager is still hungry. Thanks Hibachi Bros! I just love wasting money.

PROS: food is good, not a lot of wait time, sauces are also good, staff was nice.
CONS: I was charged $32 for 4 shrimps and 10 pieces of steak lol. It was all rice and half order of chicken. I love rice, but if im going to be charged $32 for a trio, please have a good balance of protein with it. Also it says it comes with veggies, but I never got mine.
I put it in a bowl to show y’all how much rice vs meat I actually received. The amount of protein doesn’t even cover the rice under it.
