The newest Hi-Pointe location now inside 4 Hands Brewery in downtown St. Louis. The food was amazing as always. Got the taco burger for #TacoTuesday of course. It did not disappoint! Have also had the Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls and Cheep & Cheddar (fried chicken sandwich). Also A+!

This was a terrible experience. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich expecting a fried chicken breast with coleslaw and pickles. Instead I was served something that resembles breaded and fried buffalo chicken dip. It was disgusting.

Furthermore they were out of the Cajun coleslaw that was supposed to go on the burger. I was not told this until after I ordered and paid for it and the food was delivered. I asked, “Why is there no coleslaw?” I was told, “We’re out of it.” No remedy was offered.

I tried to eat the sandwich. It was disgusting. I threw half of it away. The fries were fine.

I paid $5 for a cookie sandwich with buttercream icing. The icing barely existed. The cookies were cold and stale.

I paid north of $30 for this. Bloody awful.

EDIT: Hi-Pointe has responded and issued a refund. This is more what I have experienced in the past.

Terrible service. I went with my family and some friends. My two young children had to wait well over an hour for some chicken nuggets and a grilled cheese. Our friends got their much more complicated food, that they ordered 20 minutes after us, in half the time. Our entire group complained. When our food did come out, the kids stuff didn’t come out together.

When I took advantage of their automated feedback system, I got a text (the next day) with an apology that bookended with the excuse that they had a large party; again, that didn’t affect our friends, they just forgot our order.

I wish I would’ve asked for a refund.

After waiting for nearly 2 HOURS for our food (hamburger, chicken sandwich and fries) last night, the chicken sandwich had a HAIR in it. The staff member was very courteous, apologized and gave us a full refund but there are no excuses for what occurred.

Every time I come here I get the best burger I’ve ever had. And the cannabis drink ZEST is the yummiest cannabis drink I’ve ever had. 9/10 experience

Hi, sorry for leaving a bad review but this is just truth. I was recommended to come to this restaurant from the staff at the Rock House and they told me that it would be the easiest and fastest way to get food. I walked over at 7:50pm expecting there to be some wait time, but it went far over what the restaurant told me to expect. When we sat at the bar to place a to go order, we had to raise our voices to get the attention of the worker across the bar. He told us to scan the QR code, so that’s what we did. Everything was good so we just waited. At 8:17pm we got an alert saying that our food was ready. At this point there is only one table and then us in the restaurant. After about five minutes we tried to get the attention of someone walking by to ask if they could check on our food since we were in a rush to get back to our concert. The manager at the bar told us that it normally takes a minute or so after the alert and then they will bring the food out to us on our tray. Before we could say that it was take-out he walked away. Workers were coming in and out of the bar area and just talking to each other for the next 20 minutes and not a single one of them acknowledged us. It was two men and a woman. I had tried to grab their attention multiple times but they would turn away. I then noticed that the table behind us, who had come in much later than us, got their food taken out to them. Both myself and my friend that I came in with work in the food industry and don’t want to be rude, but all we wanted was to just have someone check to see how our food was doing- if it was being made still or if they forgot it. If they would have checked on the food, I wouldn’t of had such a bad experience. At 8:40pm I finally got the same manager’s attention and asked him to please check on our food and I told him how long it’s been. And he did. The people in the kitchen had our food already done but had let it sit for over 30 minutes because they didn’t bag it. A guy in the kitchen brought the food out to us and we said thank you. One of the people behind the bar gave my friend and I a dirty look as we were getting up. I feel like we were both respectful and understanding that sometimes stuff just happens. But our main problem was that we were ignored and had to miss out on a large portion of our concert. The food order was cold because it had been sitting for so long, but everything was correct and it was still good. We got two build your owns and two pretzel orders. Our total at $53 after the tip that I gave them BEFORE this experience.

Love the new Hi-Pointe at 4 Hands downtown. I like the brew pub atmosphere and you can get anything to drink at 4 Hands.

It’s hard to decide between the burgers and their salads. Tonight I had Greens and Grains with Fried Chicken. The salad has some of everything good.

Our food came out quick. We have made this one of our favorite places.

Met a friend at High Pointe Cafe and it did not disappoint. We split the cheeseburger egg rolls and sweet potato tots to start—both were seriously good (those tots were perfectly crispy). I had the chicken sandwich and loved it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just felt like comfort food done right. Great spot for a casual catch-up and a solid meal. Will definitely be back!

BROOOO these cheeseburger egg rolls are ILLEGAL. Seasoning got me questioning reality. Kids turned into vacuum cleaners on the chicken nuggets — GONE. The WINGS?? Absolute sky-level menace activity. And them big honkin cheese sticks??? Thicc. Stretchy. Life-changing. This place got that skibidi rizz, no cap, straight Ohio final boss energy. I’d risk it all again
