Decided to take my long distance boyfriend who was in town to this rooftop bar. I have been before and thought it would a nice spot for us to have a drink. We arrived at 3:59pm (they opened at 4pm). The staff did not acknowledge us and to our surprise there were bees everywhere. I’m not talking a few bees but several dozen bees. Flying everywhere, sitting on bottles, landing on glasses, flying around other customers. People were getting up and leaving. The staff seemed unbothered. We tried to get the attention of the male bartender and we were told he was busy setting up and would acknowledge us 4pm. Again, it was 3:59pm. A female bartender walked in and we asked her if the bees were normal and if they do anything to get rid of them. She looked at both of us and told us this is normal for outdoor bars in Florida and we had to deal with it. As someone who has lived here for 40 years that is absolutely not true. You have a huge somewhere and it needs to be taken care of. We tried to explain to her I’m very allergic but she walked away. At that point my boyfriend grabbed my hand and we left. Service staff was rude, management clearly doesn’t care. I guess that means they don’t care when a paying customer gets stung and is highly allergic to a bee sting. It’s one thing to have a few bugs here and there. I regret not taking a photo to add to this post. But the sheer number of bees was awful. As a local, I won’t be going back again.

Catch a beautiful sunset with amazing cocktails and small bites. Their sunset tradition is the best around! Go check them out because I don’t want to spoil it!

Unfortunately we went had a great waitress, lovely girl, food and drinks were amazing and the view. Then out of nowhere a loud strong male voice yelled his is ONLY A walk up bar now!! It is too busy for 3 bartenders.. can’t make this up!
OK, that sounds like a you problem. It’s not our fault on the outskirts of the bar that you only scheduled on a beautiful day with a wedding only three bartenders. So we were like all right let’s just get our bill and get out of there but how are we gonna get our bill. They just told us that it’s too busy so we would have to walk up so we ended up spending another 45 minutes waiting for no reason when that is not how we started. I would have sat a the bar in the first place. The entire wedding party went downstairs to the bar bc of the inconvenience to the bartender… just a poor presentation.

An absolute gem for drinks in Dunedin! Valet parking, outstanding drink selection, and some delightful food choices. If you’re craving something substantial, I highly recommend trying the meatballs – they’re a savory delight. The bartenders here are not only skilled but incredibly amiable, making your visit even more enjoyable. This place is perfect for catching the sunset too; it truly offers a memorable all-around experience!

Andrew was great and the view was beautiful but this place was definitely for the younger crowd! We were looking for a place to relax and have a few drinks and some beautiful scenery with a group of friends…. but ended up surrounded by a loud, drunk crowd that were very obnoxious. Also not sure how they don’t have any cognac but the downstairs bar was stock full of it.

What’s not to like? But bring your money clip! Great ocean view from 3 stories up with a variety of drinks, a delicious but limited menu, and a friendly staff. Get there by 4:00 to snag a comfy love seat.. Gets very crowded by 5. Sushi is delish!
Stay long enough to catch the sunset!

Been to Dunedin a few times and had no idea about this bar until I saw it mentioned in an article about the best rooftop bars in the Tampa Bay area. The prices are on the higher end but that is to be expected at a rooftop bar on top of a boutique hotel overlooking the water. If you appreciate hotels and history, it’s worth checking out (Fenway Hotel, built in the 1920s). We got there about an hour and a half before sunset and were lucky enough to grab a loveseat as another party was leaving. Being a Saturday it was already very crowded. By sunset it was mostly standing room, so it’s best to get there early. However if you don’t care about watching the sunset, go right after and half the crowd will have disbursed. They had a pretty decent drink menu of liquor, cocktails and craft beer. Cannot speak for the food as we only had drinks. Service at our couch was also pretty good considering how busy they were. Will definitely be going back, even if just in the afternoon as you can’t beat the view any time of day.

Really sweet rooftop bar to watch a beautiful sunset in Dunedin. Great assortment of cocktails (also wine, beer & tapas) & plenty of seating if you get there early. The valet park service is complimentary! Otherwise very difficult to park.
