I cannot say enough about the above and beyond customer service provided by this wonderful place!! I placed an order for cupcakes for my daughter’s 25th birthday to be delivered to her, as I live out of state. The woman who runs this place stayed in contact with me multiple times throughout the entire process. Not only that, she took it upon herself to go to the store to add some balloons to my daughter’s order as a special touch because I couldn’t be there!!
Not only did the cupcakes turn out BEAUTIFULLY, my daughter was overjoyed and couldn’t wait to dig in!!
I’d give 10 stars if I could. There aren’t too many people willing to be so kind to a complete stranger, but they sure did!! I feel like I made a friend

Really neat shop & owners. Scones are amazing (& I am not a scone person). I even went back to get myself another one and one for my neighbor as well. Then there is this: Several days before Christmas, i ordered a batch of fresh rolls (delicious). While I was ordering, I questioned if they ever make pecan bars. They said No, but were willing to do so (and did). When asked if I had a specific recipe in mind, i told them to “work their magic” and oh boy, I am grateful they did. These were the best pecan bars I have ever had, so good there are no words. & for the “icing on the cake”: They allowed me to pick up my [very fresh] order ON CHRISTMAS EVE day, after hours. Needless to say, I am a “lifer”!!!

Received a loaf of Heidi’s Honey Cranberry Walnut Bread as a gift. I toasted it with a slice of smoked Gouda cheese on top,, absolutely delicious!!! I’m definitely going to be ordering a couple loaves of that bread again!!! My husband loves her Jalapeno Cheddar bread,, also very delicious!! Check her out, you won’t be disappointed

H&H Creations best kept secret are their delicious cakes. These cakes are made with love and they are magnificent. Lived in Montello for several years and driven by a hundred times and finally decided to order a cake for Valentine’s Day 2026. That cake was so fantastic that I am now ordering a minimum of one double layer 8 inch cake a month, because I love cake! She worries about her decorations skills but these cakes transcend decorations. Not lying when I say this is Montello’s best kept secret. I will add my monthly cake pictures as they are created. For now here is the March cake and I can’t wait to dig in and share with loved ones and friends.
