Service was excellent.
Giant pretzel was very good.
Got the chicken sandwich with pulled pork on it. Huge amount of dry pulled pork and a thin piece of fried chicken breast. Very little taste overall.
Our party also got a rack of ribs. Has to saw away with a knife to cut off each bone.
Portions were huge, but flavors were lacking.

I recently dined at Heroes West restaurant, and while the food was enjoyable, I had an experience with the service that left me feeling uncomfortable.
After finishing my sandwich, my server brought the bill without me asking for it, even though I still had some beer left. Although I ordered another beer, the early bill made me feel rushed, and I ultimately decided to leave rather than continue ordering other things like dessert or more
beers.
While I appreciated the food, the service experience overshadowed it. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. (I hope this wasn’t the “race card,” I tolerate a lot being that I spent 3 decades in NYC. I hope it’s rather a lack of training).

This is a nice sports bar with a lot of screens and really good, friendly service. The drinks were good and the service was fast. The food was not great. My shrimp was very overcooked and didn’t taste great. Neither did my sides. It was edible and not expensive- but I definitely would not eat there again.

First time to Heroes!! Will be coming back. My girlfriend and I went for a quick bite and grabbed some wing and BOY were they amazing!! Service was awesome suggested different sauces to try and they didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to go back and try some more things off their menu.

What a great place. We ate here three times since we stayed at the hotel next door. Our server, Aaron, was fabulous!! His recommendations were perfect.
The wings were cooked perfectly, and the waffles and chicken were delicious. The French onion soup was on the sweet side and not salty at all. The meat in the Rueben wasn’t fatty. The ONLY CON was that they were out of a few beer selections that I like. So I asked for an espresso martini, but they don’t serve them. (WHY? THEY’RE SO DELICIOUS!) I instead got the chocolate martini that was horrible.
I TOTALLY recommend stopping here for wings and a beer or two! Perfect place for watching sports.
OH, AND THE PICKLES WERE FIRE!!!!

Was a wonderful place to watch the Bears game, place was jammed packed and even with the massive crowd Erin was an excellent server. He took great care of us and never left us waiting. Food was good and plenty of tvs to enjoy the game. Highly recommend this place for your favorite sporting event.

Today we went to Hero’s, Wednesday from 2-5pm is Half-Off Drafts of Beer along with 70 Cents Wings. We arrived around 2:30 pm the Hostess was Very Personable & ask if would like to seat at the Bar, a table, or booth ? We pick the booth. Hanna was Our Severer, she was very Knowledgeable , Friendly, and Excelled being a Server. We Oder the Cheese Burger, Pepperoni Pizza and I had 8 Wings Special. Great feedback on My Wife Pizza And Our Guest had a Cheeseburger that he Enjoyed. Having Wings There many times, which brings me back on Wednesday.. Not to Bash, but the Wings Today were the Worst I had there in Many Years. They were Reheated & Dry.. I could it a 20 pcs but Todsy only eat 6 of 8 Wings. We will return, One Bad Experience with Wings, but in the Past so many Great Wings I Enjoyed

Met a colleague for lunch the other day. We were seated immediately, I wish I had gotten the name of our waitress, she was wonderful! Food was delicious as always and WOW, the serving size is huge.
If you’re looking to watch a game, listen to good music or dine in an area away from the TV’s and music, there’s an area for that too.
