Saturday early evening. We were served by a young man who was very polite and courteous which is great to see today. The moon burger and fries were very good and prepared and presented just like the picture, amazing!! If you want good quick food Hero Burger ticks all the boxes. Thankyou

The food was great, however we ended up with water. We had placed an online order with the option of 2 cokes. When we got to the store the fountain coke was not working. The only option was diet coke, coke zero, fuze iced tea and frutopia strawberry. We were grabbing food while on the road with kids. Ended up spending more money and getting a drink from burger king
Kind of sucks to have spent money and not gotten everything.I mean, we left with dasani water, but the only thing is that the option should probably have not been available online.So then we would have known and chosen accordingly

You consistently pack your food with the pop on top squishing the burger and making it cold. I am not sure if Skip was short drivers, but I know that you’re the only place in Mary that puts a pop on top of a burger that I know of anyway anyway my meal was ice cold and there were so much condensation inside the french fries that they were mushy and it was an edible and I’m sure it’s because of the way it’s packed and the delivery time because the food is excellent. I’ve had your food many times and it is great hot but the packing and the delivery time

staff member BASIT is the best burger maker ever! You can tell he puts a lot of love and care into creating a beautiful burger! I love going there when my son plays soccer, as in the area I live (Wasaga Beach/Barrie) there is yet to be a Hero Burger and it is really challenging to find gluten free burgers as well. But I am always so glad to see that it is Basit serving me as he not only is so good at his job, he is so polite and nice to chat too. Thank you Basit!

This is my go to Hero Burger Location. Associate’s are always extremely helpful, polite and professional. I don’t see why everyone is knocking this establishment. I’ve experienced nothing but excellence during my many visits. I appreciate how everything is made to order because I can always count on it to be fresh and warm. Pay them a visit and experience perfection for your self.

I was the only customer on a Saturday; ordered a grilled chicken burger and felt the chicken was not the regular patty but was made into pieces. Had the burger at other locations but this didn’t feel fresh.

This is the second time that I have ordered chicken strips and it’s burned. I spoke to the restaurant and the owner said that this is how chicken strip is cooked. I am a regular customer orders 2 to 3 times per week. This is now how you cook chicken strips and blame on the batter. I was also told that no one else complaints except myself. Not to forget that most of your customers are students so I don’t think they would bother coming back.

This review isn’t a complaint about the staff, the restaurant, or the food—it’s directed solely at the franchise OWNER. Whoever you are, it’s completely unacceptable to schedule just one employee during rush hour. The poor girl was doing everything on her own preparing food, taking orders, and handling a long line of customers. It was heartbreaking to watch. This level of neglect shows nothing but greed and disregard for your staff. I genuinely hope your employees walk out on you….you don’t deserve them.
