We were driving back home from Rockport and found this gem in Luling! Being Mexican food lovers, we are always looking for a good place to eat – especially if we can find chorizo! The food was delicious, the chips & salsa were amazing and the customer service was worth the stop. Good flavor, loved the chips and the tortillas were homemade. Wish I lived closer! We all left happy and full!

I did an order of 15 breakfast tacos for a morning meeting I had, placed the order the night before and they were amazing. The staff was super accommodating and the tacos were a hit. Everyone loved them and wanted to know where they could get them again! 100% worth the trip if you’re near Luling!

We stopped for breakfast this morning on our way to Ottine Mineral Springs, and the tacos were fantastic—big, flavorful, with homemade tortillas and a green chile that’s perfectly hot and delicious. We also picked up some adorable bead bracelets from the talented young lady who works there. Definitely stop in to grab a bite and support a budding jewelry artist!

Not from this area so decided to stop by before heading back to Houston. I will say, I’m blessed to be from San Antonio where nobody does Mexican food like us but yall try and that’s what counts.

I deff wouldn’t recommend the salsa and chips because one they aren’t free and reminded me of the chips I buy from the store. Even though they came out fresh, they still had this taste about them that was not good enough to wanna spend money on them? Their salsa is either very spicy (green – didn’t try but my boyfriend said it was like they didn’t even try to have flavor) or mild with zero flavor. (Red)

I got the hermano breakfast plate and the food was very good. However small portions of barbacoa which is the main attraction of the plate, they were very friendly with the potato’s and beans of coarse but the main reason I got the plate and came with minimal meat. I’d say just get the taco on its own bc $15 for the plate isn’t worth it.

My boyfriend got the steak and egg plate and it was cooked okay but deff not worth $22 for the piece of meat they give you.

Lastly my chorizo and egg taco was perfect. They weren’t stingy with the meat but who is.

Overall – would try a diff place in the area if I ever came back.

What a great restaurant! We stopped here while traveling and loved it. The staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming to our large family. The food was delicious and served promptly, and we even ended up ordering extra because our kids loved it so much. Definitely worth the stop off I-10 in Luling’s cute downtown area.

By far the best tortillas I’ve ever eaten. The food was made to perfection and 100% athletic. Pastries fresh, service tentative and Customer service centered and genuine. Extremely clean and I absolutely love my new bracelets. I bought several to for myself and daughter. I have nothing negative to say other than wish I could experience this back in DFW, home. I highly recommend eating at this establishment and you won’t be disappointed.

We were passing through Luling on our way home to San Marcos from Port O Connor and boy are we glad we stopped here. First off cute little town but also loved the town feel of the street, restaurant is located. I will say this my husband and I walked in thinking of every Mexican restaurant we had ate at ( small and barely any room to walk), but no total opposite love the spacious and big room plus beautifully located. Staff is super friendly and on top of everything. Food was delicious. Even my husband who is go to is Huevos Rancheros was like wow. Idk what type of sauce they use but he was truly happy and ate every last bite. I had breakfast tacos, they were fulfilling did not skimp on portions and pancakes were fluffy and mmm deliciou. We will definitely be back to this location. Truly glad we found this hidden gem.
