I regret coming here every single time. There is always an issue. As soon as you walk in you can just sense a feeling of judgement. There’s always an issue with my order and the workers just don’t want to work. I called in my order (30 mins early) and once I arrived my order was done wrong and not completed. I then waited 10 more minutes (which I ordered for a reason in advance because you know… I have a job to get to by a certain time). Went outside and accidentally dropped one of my teas. Went back inside and got no money back nor another tea when it legit happened as soon as I walked out the door. They will never be getting my service again. I will happily take my $ to happy daze nutrition.

The shakes taste overly of protein powder. Just kind of a processed taste, in my opinion in the few I have tried. I also don’t like when I have gone and asked for just the shake, they try to upsell their teas. To the point where it was really awkward and made it uncomfortable. I understand what the teas do and promote but I have in the past just wanted the shake. Decor wise it’s very cute! Overall a very mlm place

I recently checked this place out because my usual place was closed and I was in need of a shake and a tea! The shake was good just not as good as the place I usually go to. It’s more straight forward not as fancy. But same prices as other places. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. The place was clean, organized, and I liked the decor. Only negative I can say is I wish the shakes had a little splash of fun to them. But I’d go here again. It’s just not my favorite place so I’d only go for convenience of location or if can’t get to my regular place on time. It’s worth trying, just not my favorite is all.

This was going to be my first ever visit there. I was so excited to go since my coworker always brings shakes from there and she says they are good. So I was going to try one today. NOPE! On the Web site it says they are open till 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Well I went after work which was only 4:12 p.m. they were closed doors locked both doors. If they changed the hours they should update their website with the correct hours if they changed the hours.

I was disappointed it was my first time in there. The guy that took my order wasn’t very pleasant made me feel like I was a bother to him while placing my order. It took awhile to get my shake, want that busy and the tea was Xtra small for the combo. The shake wasn’t the best…. Idk hoping it would of been more pleasant since I work in that area now but I don’t think I’ll be back

I ordered a shake and no one felt the need to tell me it wouldn’t be an actual shake… They charge you an extra dollar if you don’t shout them out online, which I found absolutely absurd, not helpful over the phone, pretty expensive, not friendly in person either. Make you provide more personal information for covid purposes than I’ve seen from any establishment over the whole pandemic. Pretty terrible experience overall
