Disappointed that this establishment advertises “whey” for the post workout protein shakes. I know this is not a big deal to many, but there is a distinct different in whey and the milk protein concentrate that is in the Herbalife powder they use for shakes. For post workout, you should want real whey (whether concentrate or isolate) rather than MPC due to the different is protein profile and absorption. MPC absorbs much slower than whey and a quality nutrition shop should probably know this to avoid deceiving their customers. Hope there is a fix to this whether it’s no longer advertising whey/post workout or using the right products.

It’s my favorite place to get tea in Maine! The staff are amazing and always have samples out to try. Great atmosphere. They have tunes playing all day and have food options now too! Check them out!

I have been going for a while to this place tried giving them a few chances.
The lady last night haded my loaded teas to me and said “there not too pretty but at least the lids will stay on”
They do not take their time making the drinks, everything is thrown into a cup and blended, no layering, they don’t write on your drink what it is or what’s in it. Loyalty punch cards are worthless. Honestly ……I will not be back to this place …..there is one in ellsworth I’ll go the extra time to go too that take their time

I love that the staff is so welcoming and peppy.
They have an ever changing seasonal menu that always delights, to complement the extensive traditional favorites.

I normally love this place and visit this particular store at least 3-4 times a week. I’ve never had an issue with anything there and usually am very impressed with not only their products but their staffs cheery demeanor. All of the staff I’ve meet have been very nice and willing to answer any questions I have. All but one staff member. I don’t know her name but she has very blond hair, usually in a loose pony tail, and she is quite a little shorter then the other members of staff. I’ve had a drink made by her twice and both times she has been nothing but snarky, rude, short, and unhelpful. She was one of two girls working Wednesday 9/15 in the afternoon/evening. Someone, please, teach this girl how to treat your customers and how to make these drinks correctly. Not only was she rude and answered my only question with a snarky “I don’t know” and grab my tea away from me when she realized she made it incorrectly (never asked her for a remake mind you), but she ultimately made my drink wrong AGAIN, and I was so hurt by her attitude I didn’t ask her to fix it. Other than this girl, I love this place.

Like other nutrition shops in the area, its a herbalife recruitment center. All the same drinks, flavors, logos. Watch “Betting on zero” and compare the drinks to other places because they are very similar if not the same.
