Closing dining room 4 hours early while the 5 guest walk up and wonder is crazy. And then to send 2 employees to the door to give unneeded hand gestures is crazy to me. Sub par food and worse customer service. I hope they get better staffed and soon.

I’ve eaten here a number of times. For the most part, they are pretty slow when getting food both in the restaurant as well as in the drive thru. However, for the second time in a row, I placed my order via the app and went to the drive thru to let them know I have arrived. After sitting at the window for a couple of minutes, I was asked to drive forward. There was nowhere for me to wait so I waited at the end of the drive thru lane and after it was an uncomfortable amount of time, I just parked in a parking space. After waiting even longer, I went inside to grab my food.

The food at this location is standard, but the service is substandard. They clearly value their drive thru time more than customers and even though this is my closest location, I won’t be back. I have them enough chances at this point. If anyone reading this wants food, either go to the location off Mile Hill or grab McDonalds down the road.

I feel compelled to share my incredibly disappointing experience at Burger King #16837 off of Sedgwick, which was nothing short of a nightmare that fell woefully short of even the most basic fast-food expectations. What transpired during my visit was a clear demonstration of poor service that not only frustrated me but also left me questioning the establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

First and foremost, the quality of service I received was dismal at best. It seemed as though the staff operated in a fog of indifference, and it was painfully obvious that they had little regard for the customers who walked through their doors. The assistant manager, who goes by the name Sierra (if that is indeed her real name), appeared to have been promoted more for her ability to recite scripted responses rather than for any genuine understanding of customer service or leadership. Her demeanor was less than professional, and her lack of urgency was baffling, particularly for someone in a managerial position.

To add insult to injury, I found myself waiting a staggering 20 minutes for chicken nuggets—an item that should typically take no more than three minutes to prepare. This excessive wait time was not only frustrating but utterly unacceptable. When I finally approached Sierra to inquire about the delay, I was met with a sarcastic remark: “What can I do to make you satisfied?” This condescending response was not only disappointing but downright disrespectful. It is hard to fathom how someone in her position could be so dismissive of a customer’s genuine frustration, especially when it’s her job to ensure that the service provided is both timely and courteous.

I cannot help but feel a deep sense of sympathy for the employees who work under her supervision, as it is clear that her leadership skills are severely lacking. Rather than fostering an environment of teamwork and respect, she seems to perpetuate a culture of apathy. It is concerning to think that those who look to her for guidance may be equally misguided, lacking any real mentorship or support.

In conclusion, my experience at BK was nothing short of a disaster. The combination of poor service, a lack of professionalism, and a noticeable absence of genuine leadership left me feeling undervalued as a customer. This encounter has certainly deterred me from returning in the future, and I sincerely hope that management takes a closer look at the operations under Sierra’s watch. The level of disdain I feel for the service I received should not go unnoticed by future customers for that will most certainly lead to a similar unfortunate experience.

Ps, Bring back the dude with the space needle arm sleeve, he at least provided adequate customer service.

Consistently the SLOWEST Service and COLDEST burger king I have ever visited on today. It was consistently busy but it should never take 22 minutes for an order that was already placed through the drive thru and when there are 3 cars behind me. The kicker is that the food is always cold, I asked to be cooked to order, and I still have to microwave it again when I get home. The store dining area and bathroom were extremely dirty. I’m so sorry that I wasted my and time at this place.

The young person at the window was very pleasant and polite, but the food was awful. Like throw it away immediately awful. The mozzarella fries were so old and stale, they had to have been from easily an hour earlier if not more, and the French fries were unsalted and soggy. The lemonade was so watered down it was flavorless and the wraps were just so so. I was very disappointed!! The Hershey’s pie was the only item I enjoyed out of the entire order.

If you’re in a hurry don’t come here. Sitting in a drive through line for over 30 minutes and only 1 car has moved. Not really “fast food”.

This location didn’t have milkshakes because the machine was broke and when I asked, “Has this been recent” , the employee responded, “It had been awhile.” Also, the employee said there wasn’t any Dr. Pepper left, as well; however, when approaching the window, Dr. Pepper mysteriously appeared. Perplexing. After leaving the window there was a realization, on my part, there was a missing order of fries. Not happy with the service.

In drive through, was interrupted wasn’t allowed to finish order, received no condiments or a reciept. Called to file a complaint, was answered with a sigh. Today, durring lunch rush.

So, I’ve never had issues with their customer service. However, their quality has dive bombed over the last couple of years. We go during high customer times but still somehow get burgers that you can tell have been left out for awhile, and it always tastes burnt. The fries have never been all that good but now you either get overly cooked or under cooked ones. The only reason we still ever go is for the convenience of it being so close… :-/ (pic of burnt burger)

Consistently the SLOWEST and COLDEST burger king I have ever been to. It’s close to my house so I go there when I forget how slow everything is. The workers are nice and polite. And the kicker is that the food is always cold and I have to microwave it again at home…
