We come to the Lonestar Rally year after year and have never stopped here. This year we decided to give it a try for breakfast. It was so good that we ate here all 3 days we were here. The food was delishious and the employees were all super friendly. The barbacoa tacos paired excepionally well with thier green salsa. The migas plate was also amazing. Their burritos are ginormous and very generous with the filling. Highly recommend this place.

What an incredible find! Random pick and we were amazed. Food was really flavorful. The owner was very caring and young lady at the register was very nice and helpful.

The food was ok. We ordered the pupusas plate, fajitas plate, a carne asada torta w/ fries, tamale, and a horchata. I ordered at the drive through. The pupusas were pretty good. The pickled cabbage that came with had a good flavor but it tasted a bit old. The carne asada torta had a lot of toppings going on but lacked flavor and was kind of mushy so we didn’t eat it.

The fajitas weren’t what I expected, very oniony and quite disappointing. The rice was pretty basic with that Knorr chicken bullion flavor and the beans were average. The green salsa had good flavor and a little bit of heat to it. The tamale was pretty good.

The horchata was very watery and had a thick sludge at the bottom. After mixing it up, it was not that great. Super bland.

Overall, this place is just ok.

Great local spot, serving Mexican and Salvadoran dishes, really great food! I tried the Salvadoran tamales and they were awesome, I had the roasted red chili pork in my tamales, excellent meal. I used their house made salsa verde with the tamales and it was delicious. Give this place a try, right on Broadway in Galveston (at 29th St).

This is another local go to here on the island. Their surprise breakfast burritos are famous, but they have a great selection of Salvadoran and Mexican dishes as well as fried seafood and burgers and PoBoys. Pretty much something for everyone, and the prices are reasonable making this a great place to go often. I’m making my way through the menu and I’m happy with everything I’ve had so far. Good stuff, on Broadway so you pass by it all the time. Still a winner .

Very nice staff! Helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is clean just wish it had padded seats! Wood table and chairs. My first experience was so so. The Chile rellano left a lot to be desired. I would go back and try other items on the menu, to be in business as long as they have there must be better food.

Came here a few weeks ago with two of my friends. We ordered the bean burrito and two chicken pupusas. One of my friends also had the tamarind drink. Lots of food for the money! Service was quick, and the restaurant has a parking lot. Overall, we had a good experience!

Awesome place! Should be reviewed by Diner’s Drive-In and Dives. This place fits the bill. Friendly staff too. It’s easy to find right on Broadway in Galveston.

The menu is a mix of Mexican and Honduran Foods and some other Central American foods too. I got the chile relleno. Very nice. Not doused in cheese and served with a salad instead of beans, so it wasn’t heavy. The rice is light and fluffy.

Can’t wait to go back and try some more of the menu!

Large menu very NICE staff but….I’d prefer a perfected menu than tons of options. I DO NOT recommend the PAPER THIN AND EXTREMELY OVER COOKED frozen fish or shrimp. So confused by all the 5star reviews. Lots of food for the money but im not down with frozen fish and I know that’s exactly what I got. THIS IS GALVESTON. Very disappointed.
