The food is amazing, the carbonara pasta & the panchas fries is my fav.
Never had problems with the wait time or even take out! Pablo has done an amazing job with this pizzeria,Hands down the best in town!

Stopped by Hendrix Pizza recently and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside it looks like your typical neighborhood pizza spot, but the food definitely stands out. The pizza had a perfect crust — crispy on the bottom with just enough chew — and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The sauce had great flavor, not too sweet or heavy, and the cheese was melted perfectly.

Came here not expecting great food, maybe mediocre at best but the taste actually blew my mind. While the way they cook certain dishes is not traditional Italian, you can still appreciate the great meal you get. I personally really liked the wings and my pasta. It was supposed to be some sort of carbonara dish, but didn’t resemble carbonara. It was still very delicious. Would come here again, but I would use their takeout option instead so I can go back home. Their food is truly comfort food.

I had the Caesar Salad pizza and it was amazing. Salad on a pizza sounds crazy but it totally works. The dough is made in house and was so good. My wife had the Alfredo, which is also made in house, and I’ve never had better. Highly recommend both these dishes.
