Genuinely love this place!!! I got the sour plum lime drink, kumquat orange drink with aiyu jelly DELCIOUS ! So refreshing! I got the braised pork bento one of my fav things I ate on this trip to Chicago! The staff were incredibly nice!! What a wonderful experience —had to come back on my last day!

This place is such a good environment I came here on a date with my boyfriend and it was great. The customer service is really great and the store overall is very comfy to be in I definitely recommend! We ordered two large fries with spicy mayo and an order of classic popcorn chicken, the regular chicken was still a bit spicy but overall delicious as well as the fries in total we paid close to 30 dollars plus two cokes and it was great we both got full off of this meal.

I like the atmosphere of Hello Jasmine. Very nice ambient restaurant inside. Hello Jasmine is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Lucas and marketing Ingrid and cook Chris is nice. I like the crunch in the garlic popcorn chicken and sweetness of the mango bubble tea. Must come back. 10/10.

The newest item – crème cookie mushroom latte is awesome!! At first I was hesitant to try it because I have heard bad reviews from friends and coworkers about the taste of mushroom coffee, however, the combination of mushroom coffee and Hello Jasmine Milk tea tastes soooooooo good!!! I will definitely recommend everyone to try it!!

We wanted to try some authentic Taiwanese food and stopped by here. We are visiting from out of town an just did a google search. There is plenty of parking in the lot next door to the building with a few temporary spots right in front for takeaway orders. The decor was very nice with ample seating. It had a lovely atmosphere. Ordering was very easy to do at the kiosk. There are pictures of every item which makes it easy to see and choose. We also got some bubble tea. Everything we got tasted great and was a true representation of Taiwanese street food. It all tasted fabulous. We will definitely be going back and trying the other locations as well. The boba was cooked well and had a great flavor and texture.

The thought they put into their drink/food specials is incredible and makes it worth visiting again and again for their innovative menu items, all whilst maintaining authenticity and high quality. The atmosphere is very warm and healing, like getting comfort food at a Taiwanese street food stall.
Their menu includes drinks, food items, and desserts; all made fresh, all worth trying! They have a great selection of teas, milk based drinks, fruity drinks, and smoothies. Personal favorite drink is the Taro Coconut Delight 🙂 Highly recommend!
