love this business, but the colcord location needs to reconsider their closing shift. the same girl with lots of makeup is so over it, and rude every time we go. chairs were stacked and tvs off (i assume so you can’t sit down or read the menu) 45 minutes before 10pm. you don’t have to be sunshine and rainbows but at least try to be nicer to customers. otherwise, work somewhere else.

Never been in here. Decided to check it out and try their Mangonada. It a nice little place where you can get Hispanic Style ice cream & llolli pops. Not to mention fruit cups, hispanic candy & blue bell ice-cream. Well put together from the decor to the tables and chairs. And the mangonada were deliciously made. The only thing that stop me from giving them 5 is the parking area. It is horrible had to park across in front of the World Cafe. People don’t even stop they just keep driving. Came in today again for the ice cream OMG it was huge and worth buying check them out.

Talk about limited parking but wide range of good yummy ice cream to choose from and other snacks that make your mouth watery. Service was okay not the best but they have room for improvements. Will definitely come back to try some more ice cream.

Hands down my favorite ice cream shop in Waco! Big scoops, cute setup, very affordable, and tons of tasty treats — from ice cream, popsicles, and agua frescas to nachos, candy, and mangonadas.
Only downside (hence four stars) is the parking. It is very limited (three parking spots) and more often than not you will have to park across the street. But even that is not a deal breaker and so worth the treats within!

I went with my family, I let the young lady working the counter know that the fruit was no good. She didn’t even apologize and was just like I cut the fruit today. She just looked at me and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked for a milk shake, and she gave it to me. Once her coworker arrived she I could obviously tell she was talking to her about me, my dad had a biónico and once he got to the cantaloupe he was like this doesn’t taste good it tastes rotten. My dad isn’t one to complain but he was not happy. He told the girl the girl the cantaloupe was no good. Once again all she said was I cut the fruit today. She never once apologized or asked if we wanted our money back. My dad threw his biónico away because he was disgusted by it. We went almost 32 dollars. The other locations are good but I’m deeply disappointed by the customer service at this location.
