These are the best burgers you can get from a chain restaurant. Made to order, fresh, and come out hot. Also, plenty of fries! Our only complaint is the dining room needs to be cleaned more regularly. The tables are usually dirty every time we dine in.

We stopped at the Burlington location on the way home and placed a to go order. When we got home burger was raw. I tried to call restaurant about it and automated recording said if placing a to go order down load app. and place it through there. If you need to speak to an associate press 0, when pressed 0 no ringing or anything just get a message saying sorry missed your call leave a message and we will return your call then disconnected the call before you could leave a message. I tried several times Saturday night and through out the day Sunday. We live in Greensboro but was coming from Raleigh so that’s why we stopped at this location. Wasn’t driving 20+ minutes for them to correct. This has been my favorite restaurant even during radiation treatments I could still eat here opposed to other restaurants. However always went to one in Greensboro instead. After this will not being going back.

The fries are over cooked to hard. Burger was made like they didn’t give a dam. Milkshake is good. Manger is refusing to refund my money claiming system is down. I just paid for my food and when asking for refund on Burger .

Very very over priced. $20 for a small burger, small fries and small drink. Do yourself a favor a go down the road to Mcdonalds and same amount for about $8.

Just another hamburger ♀️. The place was nice enough, probably because the establishment is new. But for what it cost for 2 people, and all the hype posted around dining area, the experience did not meet expectations. Not even close! My burger was messy, soggy, cold and expensive. My fries appeared to be scrapings from the bottom of the barrel. It’s a good thing we didn’t order beverages. I am originally from NYC. And the Five Guys there is awesome! In Burlington NC it’s a HUGE disappointment.

This is the 4th time in several months I’ve tried to eat here. Today it was the same expensive price it has been but they forgot my bbq sauce like they have every single time. They also gave us half the fries they usually do. You cannot charge the prices you do like this and not deliver on what you charge for. People notice and this is why businesses fail.

I went to several 5 guys and the one in Burlington was the first one I went to that didn’t offer a combo…. for a single cheeseburger patty a fry and a large drink came up to $19.19 a few cents from $20…. they charged me for everything separately… customers deserve the best in deals…

The food was good the fry serving serving is a good amount, i like that I could get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, they also have free peanuts in the shell. The only problem I had with it was the price. We each got a regular size burger. We shared a fry and only one of us got a drink and it was almost $40. I wouldn’t say the staff were friendly but they were efficient

Basic hamburger, hotdog, fries and milkshake joint. It’s nice they don’t charge a la carte for toppings. Fries were only side options. Fries were pretty plain. Oily and limp. Maybe taste would have been better with Cajun seasoning. Definitely not crispy. Atmosphere was comfortable and bright.
