I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life the way I was embarrassed at this place. I went with my 2 kids (2 years and a 4 years) in the hot sun to get ice cream for them, and NO one acknowledged us we saw this lady chatting with her friends over the table for minutes. We just stood there looking around without No acknowledgement to an extent we had to leave thinking no one is available to attend to us. To my amazement I was in my car when new customers walked in this lady in picture attached who was chatting with her friends walked up to to them immediately I felt horribly sad I had to walk in to reconfirm, to my surprise her friends were laughing at me.

Sat at speaker for almost 5 mins before someone poked their head out the window waving us up. So unfriendly. No hi, nothing. Ordered ice cream in a waffle cup. Girl can back and said the had no waffle cups – after I paid. I asked what could be substituted and she said nothing. Handed me the ice cream, dripping everywhere and shuts the window. Had to honk to get her to come back and ask for napkins. She hands them to me and slams the window. 3rd time here and they’re always rude.

Been there three times now. Went with wife and did carry out ice cream. Ice cream was ok but definitely WAY overpriced. Second time dine in w/ a friend. Birria tacos. Not traditional but good enough to go back for them. Took wife 3rd time on 4th of July. NO ONE else in the place but us. Lady who makes the tacos wasn’t there, other employees don’t know how to make them. So we ordered nachos and 2 cans of coke. 26 dollars! So we sat down at a table and waited… and waited… and waited. 19 minutes later….WORST NACHOS ON THE PLANET! Meat on top looked 3 days old -at least- and it was 75 percent fat and gristle. My wife took one bite and was immediately grossed out. She never took another bite. I tried to pick out and eat around the fat but it was impossible. I asked for some TO GO containers because at this point I was mad and didn’t want to go off on an employee. We got home and I tried to pick off the fat and gristle but it just wasn’t worth it. 26 dollars worth of food went in the trash. I tried to call the owner multiple times but they never answer. I left a couple messages on the voice-mail but never got a call back. Go there with your wallet full…. ice cream is ok. Go to the local gas station for nachos. In the photos, that light brown and white stuff in the meat… that’s fat. And I had already removed most of it and fed it to my dog.

It gets a two star because the place is cute. This was my first time and last time going. I walked in, there was absolutely no acknowledgement of me at all. They just stared at me. They walked the other two women’s food to them, me it was slid across the counter and walked away. Not one time did any of the three say hello, good bye, thanks for coming , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Teenagers may not understand custom service, but surely they understand pleasantries. This was also my first trying birria tacos, disgusting. I’m not sure what the hype is about but these had zero taste except burnt. The dipping sauce was just ..well it was just. My experience was not a good one, I won’t go back. This could have just been a bad day, but if the customer service was better I would have given it another chance.

Arguably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Even better is the price. My whole family can be in and out and barely break $10. There isn’t too many places that can make that happen. We always come here after our Dr appts for the kids and it helps to have them look forward to that.

I had a terrible experience with Helados this evening. I waited over 2 hours in drive thru without being helped. I completely understand that Helados is unstaffed but for people to go in and out and be served before us while we been just sitting there patiently for someone to help us is completely unacceptable. I’ve been coming to Helados ever since they have opened and I will not be back! I hope y’all know that y’all lost a lot of customers tonight about (15) because they sat there behind us In drive thru for about 30 minutes or more and left! Terrible customer service, if y’all know y’all are so busy hire more staff. Also, teach your staff members better tips on customer etiquette. Thank you
