Ordered a caramel cappuccino, got a lukewarm flat milk drink. My husband ordered a house coffee and it was ice cold. Took it back and was told they could heat it up. ???? It was undrinkable.

Great drinks always and super friendly staff but the last 2 times I’ve ordered a 24 oz they have charged me for it but have given me a 20 oz. The first time was a couple weeks ago and Heidi was super nice and remade it but today when I went through, I’m pretty sure whoever was on drinks just added more ice to my drink because I got it back almost immediately after I said something. My drink was just in a 24 oz cup with more ice. I understand not wasting product which is totally okay with me but I would’ve appreciated if they added a little bit more milk and flavor to the original because that’s what I paid $8 for instead of just 4 oz more of ice.

I stopped by here for the first time while running errands in Laurel, and OMG my vanilla iced latte was DELICIOUS!! Seriously, this was hands down the best iced latte I’ve ever had… much better than I’ve experienced from big chain coffee shops. Instead of just tasting flavored sugar milk, you could actually taste all the nuances of the flavors in the drink I ordered here. Furthermore, the line was moved through at a reasonable pace and the customer service was excellent. Very well done.
My only complaint is that I ordered a medium instead of a large. But at least I know better for next time! lol
