The Heidelburger sauce definitely isn’t for everyone with a slight sour aftertaste. I would ask for it on the side if I ever went back, but the chicken sandwich was a huge dud slathered in nacho cheese sauce lacking any and all flavor. The staff were very nice and place was clean. We were the first ones in for lunch on a Monday so maybe just had a non-typical experience.

One of the best burgers I had for sure. Got a long cheese pull on the first bite too. Fries are also good. Menu definitely has something for everyone. Kinda a self service. They will give you that thing that beeps when your order is ready. No problem with the bathrooms. No complains whatsoever. Definitely recommend!

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had hands down. The Heidelburger delivers big flavor, big portions, and serious quality. The food was nothing short of incredible — every bite was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and made with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The burgers were juicy and perfectly cooked, the sides were delicious, and the whole meal just hit the spot. Friendly service and a great atmosphere made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I know this might sound a bit extra, but trust me, it’s not—I’m still thinking about the burger I had yesterday! It was truly a piece of art. I never realized a burger could taste this good until now.
Where do I even start? The bun was perfect—soft yet sturdy, it didn’t fall apart while eating. The meat? High-quality and full of flavor. The salad inside? Fresh and crisp. And that homemade sauce? Absolutely incredible.
The fries were just as impressive—freshly made and served with two delicious homemade sauces that took them to the next level.
We ordered the Chili Cheese Burger, the Heidelburger, and a Cheeseburger with bacon—each one was fantastic. The menu is packed with tempting options, but we stuck with the basics this time. Next time, we’re definitely trying the specials!
It’s a self-service spot, and while it’s quite small, it’s 100% worth visiting. Hands down, the best burger I’ve had in Germany so far! Highly recommend!
