Called in a large order to be picked up 11:30 at 10. Arrived at 11:35 and the order and all drinks were ready! They made it quick and easy to pick up! The server even helped carry everything to my car! It was a great experience! Everyone enjoyed their meals and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!!! Absolutely will be going back!

The burger, tater tots and sweet potato fries tasted great. We also got the grilled chicken salad… the chicken tasted great too, but the lettuce had a lot of parts that had started to turn on the edges. One piece not a big deal, but I kept pulling more out so I just asked to refund the salad. They had no problem with giving us a refund.

These hamburgers are dynamite! I’ve never had a bad burger at Heff’s. The fresh ingredients, buns, and meat are out of this world. Don’t forget to get the fresh hand cut fries! The staff is always friendly and the place is very neat and clean. Do yourself a favor and give it try.

My husband and I just had food at this Heff’s and we were so angry we could not finish eating our meal. This restaurant is cheaping out on their ingredients. We noticed from the first bite. It seems like they used dollar-store buns and most likely frozen from-the-store burger patties. If it isn’t, whatever they are using now tastes awful. We used to love coming here. Now we will not be coming back. I hope the owner of Heff’s investigates this because it is a disgrace to her name. She worked hard to build up into a chain and I hope this restaurant does not soil the name and destroy the business. Hopefully, other Heff’s are not following suit. We wound leaving and buying burgers elsewhere as were still hungry.

Great 1/2 pound burgers. Just visiting in the area and I found this place on maps & it sounded good, so I went and picked up some burgers to bring back to the house. We all enjoyed them and my grandson has found a new place near his new house.

Stopped for a burger because some else told me how good they were. It was okay, but I wasn’t impressed. Had a pattymelt. Best thing about the burger was it was real meat and the patty wasn’t bland. The resteraunt was clean, service was decent. $14.00 for a pattymelt and small shake.
