Got a breakfast bowl that was extremely small for the price! Wish I had known prior to ordering how small it is. Its like the size of a kids small ice cream dish!
The burritos could be bigger also.
Everything I wanted wasnt in stock and normally is.
Staff seemed depressed or overworked. Which they’re normally upbeat.
It sounded like Daria from the old MTV show taking my order. Hellooooo. Sorry we don’t have that. Sorry we don’t have that. Sorry we don’t have that. Literally 3 things I wanted weren’t in stock! Hmmmm if they’re a high demand item maybe stock more of them?? 3rd time I’ve gone there and item is not in stock!
The items pastries I did get tasted like they were leftover from last week or at least 3 days old!

My family and I are frequent customers of the Heav’nly Donuts Derry location, and I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback. I especially appreciate that I can request a fresh cracked egg instead of scrambled (and vice versa) for my sandwiches and wraps. Other locations don’t offer this option, so it’s something I genuinely value about this store.
After experiencing a couple of minor order errors, I reached out to the manager via email simply to make him aware of the missing items. He responded promptly with sincere apologies and went above and beyond by offering to provide breakfast for my family on the house. This gesture was completely unexpected, as I wasn’t looking for compensation—just to share feedback.
He took his dedication even further by giving me his personal cell phone number so I could text him my next order, ensuring it would be prepared to their standards. That level of care and commitment is, in my opinion, truly exceptional customer service.
I highly recommend giving the Heav’nly Donuts Derry location a try if you haven’t already. They consistently demonstrate how much they value their customers.

Everytime I ask for “crispy bacon” it’s so unbelievably undercooked. I should not have to put the bacon in my own toaster oven to get it how I ordered. I once had to get a sandwich remade because the bacon was barely cooked. Waited in line for 5-10 minutes as coworkers friends seemingly walked in and got free food. Then when my second sandwich was done it was a mix of bacon so burnt it was inedible and bacon even more undercooked than the first sandwich. I just got a refund for that. Waited 25 minutes and didn’t even get to eat that day. Also the staff always look miserable and pass that energy off to the customer.

Everytime I come to this location my food is alway burnt. I even ask for lightly toasted breads knowing when I come here it comes out burnt. How can one not tell when a sandwich is so hard and black in color.
The iced tea I ordered as well tastes nothing like tea but water.

Everything here is awesome! The largest donuts around! Heavenly is the appropriate name!! Breakfast sandwiches that are divine. Coffee of all kinds that is perfect. Kids donuts catered to the kids.. service is great! Just the best donut shop around! Can’t beat it! A bit pricey but worth the pennies.
