Stopped by Heart of India Bar & Restaurant during our Bay Area–LA drive, and it’s an absolute hidden gem near I-5! The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared — we loved the Chat Papri, Chole Kulcha, Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani, Aloo Paratha, Garlic Naan, and Besan Roti, all made with care and locally sourced ingredients. Loved their in-house makhan (butter) with parathas! The service was amazing and welcoming. A perfect family-friendly stop for delicious Indian food while traveling between NorCal and SoCal.
