We were on a roadtrip in August and we were driving from Denali to Fairbanks. We wanted a quick lunch and we found this food truck on Google Maps with very good reviews. The service was good. We are our lunch in our car and enjoyed the delicious food. There were picnic tables but it was cold outside.

This is some of the best (objectively) Thai food in Alaska. My wife and I keep a list of our favorite drunken noodles in anchorage and this tops them. If you want good ambience while enjoying your take out, we take our Healy Thai to the 49th state beer garden and enjoy a nice drink with our meal.

You’d never expect amazing Thai food 50 feet from a gas station, but life is full of good surprises. A hardworking crew is making great Thai food that revivals any casual sit down restaurant. The woman taking orders is doing a lot of multitasking, so just kindly wave to grab her attention to order.
The pra ram was rich with peanut and coconut flavor, with a generous amount of meat and vegetables. The drunken noodles were bouncy with a tasty sauce (medium spice added a nice kick), would’ve liked a few more veggies but can’t complain. Looking forward to eating all my leftovers tomorrow.

Amazing authentic Thai right near entrance of Denali national park. It was delicious to have hot served after spending entire day at Denali. Take out option would be more convenient as not much outdoor space to have food plus mosquitoes would be there in the evening. Worth trying food. Definitely recommended.

ordered 3 dishes to go. the pad see ew was too salty and sour for some reason instead of sweet, the chicken basil did not taste that great either and the fried rice was just ok. very large portions though. total of $50 for food truck is quite pricey.

I had Tom Yum, 4 pieces of meduim shrimp and lots or uneditable pieces of, I am assuming, ginger, lemon grass and basil. Sharing a picture and this was after I had already had to spit out a few chunks in the garbage so there was more uneditable pieces that is not shown. I ate 1 piece of shrimp and added a little bit of rice, and container is 3/4 full $19.00. This was my first time here not sure if I will be back.

Best Thai Food near the Denali National Park Entrance area. We ordered the Chicken Thai Fried Rice, Chicken Drunken Noodles, and the best ever Thai Iced Tea I have had. We did a Spice level of 7/10 and it was simply perfect. Took them about 15 minutes to whip it up in this Take out place. They do have a couple of picnic tables set up as well.
