Healthy Choice Cafe was founded by a Naturopath Doctor who believes that what you eat and drink make your health. One can change a bad lifestyle of neglect from not eating, drinking, and removing toxins from their bodies by simply sustaining a healthy diet. As the first vegan restaurant in Florence, SC Dr. Goodman recommends that health begins with maintaining a proper PH balance of H20 to ultimately reduce risks of health disease(s).

I really enjoyed the experience I had at the Healthy Choice Cafe. In the front of the establishment is a health store. The restaurant is attached to a health store in the back of the health store. You can call, order online, or order at a window outside of the small restaurant. There is a nice porch with lots of seating and areas of shade to enjoy a nice lunch outside. Parking is located behind the building. The menu is not completely vegan but definitely had enough options to choose from. The woman who served my mother and I was very informative and gave great suggestions on what to try. I ordered a 10 pc chickn nugget, veggie sausage dogs with chili, veggie burger quesadilla, strawberry and butter pecan ice cream. All of the food was great but my favorite had to be the chicken nuggets. I look forward to visiting again and taking some time to check out the health store next time!

Truly delicious!! Everything tasted fresh and I love their take on the zucchini fries! Since moving to Florence I haven’t felt there are that many healthy options around. After trying healthy choice cafe, I think that I will be frequenting for lunch! I had the chicken quesadilla and zucchini fries, which are glazed in balsamic I think? I have attached an updated menu to this review as well! Sometime soon I’m hoping to eat at the restaurant. The seating seemed so peaceful! Thank you for a great first experience and I will be back!

If you are traveling down 95 and go by Florence sc this is a great stop to get a vegan meal. I got the veg burger and zucchini fries, with mango sea moss tea.

Lovely place. I really enjoyed everything. Food was excellent can’t even tell its Vegan. I had the burger. Patio was really nice. Friendly service. The food is cooked fresh while you wait, which is a plus.

With my wife being a vegan and me being an indirect vegan I surprised her with this place. She absolutely loved eating it and while she was eating hers I was eating a cow and since cows eat grass and hay all day every day that seems to put me in the indirect category. Next time we are in town we will surely go back. According to my wife it was extremely good and was one of the best places she has ate at.

Excited to have a Vegan option in Florence! I ordered a smoothie and the zucchini fries. DELICIOUS! Make sure you request an extra sauce for the fries. The smoothie was refreshing and delicious ❤️ I’ll be back to try more.
