This place showed up on my Google search and I decided to try it. Great decision on my part. I chose snapper, grilled with fried green plantain. I also got the king fish, rice and beans with pikiliz. Everything was delicious, but the pikiliz elevated the flavor of the food. I would definitely visit again.

This place has great food and it is reasonably priced. The portions are enormous and enough to share. I have dined in and sat outside at the bar. The service was rather quick as we did go during lunch hour and waiting probably about 8 minutes for our food. When you do takeout you’ll need to go inside and they do charge a fee for doing carry out. They verify your order prior to closing it and putting it in the bag and then you pay for it at the following register after it is completed and you’ve checked it. The staff is very sweet.
Fir parking there are spots in the front but there is also parking in the back of the building and don’t worry about having to walk around, you can still access the building from the back. I’ve never had an issue parking there but when I went there for the first time I accidentally missed my turn and when I went down at the light to turn back and do a U that’s when I saw the back of the restaurant

This is a classic hole in the wall GEM!! Wear your jeans and t-shirt, and be ready to dine like a king or queen.
You pick your fish, shrimp or other fresh offerings and they cook it up for you there! Hands down the best seafood I’ve ever had. We spent more than we normally would have to try a variety of things. We had large shrimp, some kind of fish steak that starts with a c and redfish! The sides were incredible! Fried rice had shrimp bigger than any fried rice I’ve ever eaten and was delicious. Black beans and the fresh cabbage slaw that isn’t mayo based, a generous helping of limes, homemade ranch dressing, homemade Tatar sauce, side salad, plantains that are perfectly cooked and side salads that weren’t fancy at all, but cold and a refreshing side to go with our fried fish selections.
They have a menu to order from as well, we did not.
Do yourself a favor and visit this place. Make a special trip to eat here. If you aren’t a snob for atmosphere, and love delicious food, eat here!!
Side note: They have rabbit pellet ice!

Fresh fish at the market and served fresh and delicious when you dine in. Eat in the back under the fans. Such a cute local spot. Big portions and amazing food. Loved the yellow rice with seafood. Excellent dolphin dish, and the flavor of the black beans! Que rico!

While visiting South beach, we were told we had to try Conch! We Yelped places that were not far away and this place came up. Walking in, the ambience is what to be expected. It was a large space, enough to be able to move around one area is where you can buy raw fish and seafood to cook at home and on the other side is the to go area where you can sit at diner type countertops. If you want to dine in there is a covered open space in the back where you feel like you’re at a backyard picnic with no grass
Who cares about all of that, because the service by our waiter Yoel and the food there was top 10 and he’s made the best cafe con leche I’ve had a while in Miami and that is definitely saying a lot.

Tore it up!!! Delicious Salmon with mashed potatoes and tostones. The service was great, didn’t take too long to get food and me and my friends enjoyed our lunch very much. Highly recommend if near the area.
