The loaded fries are top notch. The seasoning they put on them is so good and the sauce they top them off with is even better. I’m not the biggest fan of crinkle cut fries, but I am when it comes to the ones here.
The salad was fresh, chicken was juicy, and blue cheese ranch was the real deal with the crumble pieces in it.
Definitelyyyyyy give this place a try.
But this salad? This salad did NOT disappoint. They didn’t hit me with three sad lettuce leaves and a whisper of chicken. No. It came stacked. Real chicken. Real flavor. Real effort. I felt like I was doing something good for my body but also not being punished for it.
And the dressing? I don’t know what it is but I would fight somebody for it.
If you’re trying to be healthy but still want to feel like you’re eating something with personality, this is the move.
Plus, the portion size fed both me and the voice in my head saying “bro, we need more food.”
Will I come back? Yes.
Will I still probably get fries next time? Also yes.
But for today… I am a man of discipline.
Staff are nice and friendly, but the atmosphere is boring in general.
If you have specific dietary preferences or concerns about slaughter methods, you may want to look into what halal certification involves before ordering.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant is nicely lit and clean overall, though a bit more tidying up in some areas wouldn’t hurt.
I decided the menu wasn’t for me, so I canceled my order and left without issue.
We ordered the 25 piece traditional wings, and we tried many of their wing sauces, along with their lemon pepper dry rub. I can highly recommend trying many of their flavors as well; they won’t disappoint.
We talked to the owner and also saw firsthand that the wings are made fresh to order. The wings are never frozen, and are wet brined to ensure maximum juiciness. They are battered which leaves them with a crispy skin that isn’t too thick or hard.
We also ordered coleslaw, fries, and Mac and cheese. The fries are coated with extra spices. They are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, and they come with a great tasting sauce. The coleslaw was a surprisingly pleasant pairing to have with some of the spicier wing sauces. The Mac and cheese wasn’t “out-of-this-world”, but I did appreciate having a soft and creamy bite to pair with the crispier wings.
The staff and owner were very hospitable. We came during a time where it wasn’t too busy, and the owner asked us what we thought of the food. She mentioned she values feedback from her customers.
Overall, we found a great chicken place that we will definitely have to come back to before our vacation is over. I highly recommend checking the place out!
I came in and got the Loaded Fries, looking for a little spice to go along with it. What I was given had been pretty mellow on the spice, but overall? It was pretty good when it came to seasoning whatnot. A lot of places tend to overdo it, but what I will touch on is the lack of chicken included. There wasn’t as much as I’d thought, and it’s more “cut up” rather than individually crispy. Not that it was a big thing, but typically more of what I’m used to.
I’d recommend this place to people if their curiosity led them here, or if they needed a quick stop for lunch in the area. Like I said before, I gotta come back again. Definitely want to test my palette for the kind of spices they have- and strangely, something I’ve never seen before… Tacos??
