Great value for the combo meals. The fries are hand cut and crispy. Really felt like a homemade type meal so don’t expect anything fancy. No all beef hot dogs so if thats our preference you’ll be disappointed.

A wide variety of fabulous hot dogs on steamed buns. These dogs are juicy and served hot. The cheesey fries are the best ever. Highly recommend if you need a filling meal for under $10.

Hot dogs are small, you need two but they are not expensive. I went with the family when I saw the good reviews, I don’t think there is nothing special about the food, hotdogs they serve are the cheap ones. The fries are really good(don’t get the cheese ones though)

The wait in line, even in the sun, is well worth it for the delicious hot dogs and fries. The prices are unbeatable, and the service is excellent. Be sure to check out the dessert menu; the Datil dog is our favorite. Parking can be challenging due to limited spaces.

If you look at my past reviews, you will see I hardly ever give a fast food joint higher than three stars.
However, Hazel’s Hot Dogs deserves a high four stars mark for me.
The flavor of their Chicago Dog is very close to a hot dog you can get in Chicago … 93% of the way there.
The guys working there were very friendly and a joy to talk to.
It definitely look like a hot dog hut in Chicago… except Hazel’s has a bathroom that is cleaner than some of the Publix supermarkets. You will not find that in Chicago.
Having a clean washroom indicates a well-maintained kitchen. I say this because usually for a fast food place, the bathroom is the last thing to be taken care of. The fact that Hazel’s has a clean bathroom for customers demonstrates their mindset towards customers.
The pricing is spot on with dogs back in Chicago. Since moving here I have been very disappointed that restaurants are, on average, 30% more than in Chicago yet the quality is not there.
Hazels pricing and quality is spot on. I strongly suggest trying them out, you will not be disappointed.
For you Chicago transplants, this is a must destination.

Wow! I am SO IMPRESSED with this place. Best Hotdogs I’ve ever had, hot and fresh with a nice snap with each bite. The chili cheese fries were also the best I’ve ever had, the hand cut fries were spectacular and every bite had the perfect chili cheese to fry ratio without the fries becoming soggy. I also got the Coke float and it came in a HUGE cup. The service was quick and wonderful. We are looking forward to coming back!

The hotdog is straight from heaven. Buns steamed, soft and fresh every time. The mix of crunchy salty fries hand cut and cooked to order every time is something that has me feeling like this would be my last meal kind of spot.

Cheese dog and cheese fries are so good! One of the beat hot dogs I have ever had. The hot dog skin pops with every bite. Good prices and customer service! So glad I found this place ❤️
